Made an appointment for 4 people two weeks beforehand. There were plenty of people there to do our nails, but I was quite disappointed that they had us spread throughout the salon. None of us were next to each other so it was difficult to chat. The girl doing mine said they normally try to keep groups together, but didn’t really tell me why they hadn’t for us. I got a gel manicure for the first time ever. I never had any intention of getting it chemically removed and the manicurist said that would be fine, it would just grow out with my nails. Instead, the edges starting peeling up - not enough to easily peel off the polish but enough that they’d get caught on everything. Eventually I did peel it off and my nails didn’t look great underneath. I’m not sure if this is normal, but if it is the manicurist should’ve told me that letting it grow out wouldn’t work well.

Called to see when they closed was told 8pm showed up at 7:30 for a gel fill was turned away. If you don’t close until 8. Why turn people away at 7:30! Very unprofessional!!

I got a pedicure and I was Not happy with the service. After I told the lady that she was digging to harsh she continued to do so that she made my toe bleed. Will not go back!!

I hate places who over charge but use cheap product. Gel isn't supposed to come off till they take it off that's the whole point of paying 40 dollars.

I came in today with 4 people for a pedicure with an appointment. They got us in right on time. Very clean. Good color selection. Great location. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Called on a Saturday for a same day appt, the person on the phone was very friendly and scheduled me for later that afternoon. I then got text letting me know they could get me in an hr earlier - I thought that was awesome! I went in and right away they knew who I was. The nail tech was also friendly and conversational. I loved my design and will likely be coming back!

First time here, after trying several other places (Lee's Nails, Luxury Nails, and A+ Nails) and am happy that I'll never have to find a different place! Orchid was clean & inviting, with reasonable prices, and top notch service! My technician asked for my opinion after each step of my pedicure to be sure I was getting what I wanted. No language barrier, and they never said no, they found some one to do it! Very pleased with my experience here.

Best Nail salon EVER!!! ive been to a few nail salons thru out my life and I will forevermore call this one home!! Connie did my nails and i told her i wanted nail art on two fingers but that id never had it done before so i was unfamiliar w the process. she and another staff member brought me soo many designs to choose from and were so kind and patient w me! the whole salon was packed and it felt like we were all just a bunch of girlfriends having a pamper session! it was so friendly and nice there and the entire staff was great!!!!!! highly recommend this Salon!!!!!!

Made an appointment for 4 people two weeks beforehand. There were plenty of people there to do our nails, but I was quite disappointed that they had us spread throughout the salon. None of us were next to each other so it was difficult to chat. The girl doing mine said they normally try to keep groups together, but didn’t really tell me why they hadn’t for us.
