I've been to lots of nail salons, but this one is absolutely the most atrocious nail salon that I've ever been to. If I could give it zero stars, I would. There were four of us girls all wanting both pedicures and manicures. First of all, the salon is disgusting. There were fingernails, toenails, and all kinds of nasty junk on the floor. Second, while we were there some guy walked in and it became apparent that he was one of the nail tech's husband. She asked him to help since there were only two techs and four customers, so he stayed and did my friend's toenails and my other friend's fingernails. It was OBVIOUS that this guy was NOT a licensed manicurist. He had NO idea what he was doing. His wife (the nail tech) was yelling at him to "don't buff too much." Once I discovered that someone who was not licensed was working on my friend's nails, I wanted to get out of there right away. Not only that, but the nail techs were running back and forth between the four of us clients instead of focusing their attention on one client. They literally started buffing, clipping, and filing my friends' fingernails while they were sitting in the pedicure chairs. That confused me; why on earth were they buffing, clipping, and filing fingernails while we were sitting in the PEDICURE chairs? They were literally clipping fingernails while we were sitting in the chairs and letting the clipped nails fly all over and land wherever. Not only were they doing that while we sat in the pedicure chairs, but they also did a terrible job. They hurt my friend's nails by pushing her cuticles back way too hard, and they weren't paying attention at all when they were buffing or filing. They were basically buffing my friend's whole finger. They did a very quick, terrible, half-assed job. Then I realized that the reason they were buffing and filing fingernails while we were in the pedicure chairs was because all but two of the fingernail stations were covered with junk and couldn't be used. Another complaint is that they hurt my friend's ingrown toenail even after she warned them to be gentle with it. Also, the (non-licensed) nail guy dropped the nail clippers on the dirty floor and instead of getting some clean clippers, he just picked it up off the floor and kept using it on my friend's toenails. My friends and I texted each other and decided to pretend that there was an emergency so we could get out of there before they did the rest of our fingernails. When I said we needed to leave, they got upset. They demanded to know why we had to leave and became very pushy. They tried to talk us into a "five-minute manicure" to get us to stay (as if I would pay for a five minute manicure?). Once I was adamant that we needed to leave, they started putting our socks and shoes on. Except, they put everyone's shoes on the wrong person. The friend who had her toes painted last asked twice if they were dry enough to put her socks on. The nail tech answered yes, so my friend put her shoes and socks on. In the car, she took her socks off to check and behold, her toes weren't dry and therefore her freshly painted toenails were ruined. The friend who had her nails painted by the (non-licensed) guy turned out with TERRIBLE nails. There was paint all over her hands. We paid and left right away. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. DO NOT GO HERE! Read Less
