This place was actual trash. I went to get my nails done for prom.. I wanted acrylics with a black base and silver dripping down. I showed the guy a picture of how I wanted them to look while he was painting them... he literally took his dotting tool and scraped the silver down.. instead of it looking nice, it was smeared looking. When I told the guy that I didn’t like them, he apparently didn’t understand what I meant. It looked like a kindergartener did them. I ended up having to paint them myself. One hundred percent would not recommend. Got my nails done here and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Was super rough while filing, even made me bleed in multiple places, did not listen to me when I told her what I wanted, was talking to other people and looking away from my nails WHILE she was doing them, and they didn’t even look good in the end! Looked like the cheaper version of that bubble nail trend in a square shape. Not to mention the fake nails that she put on me were too small and were put on crooked. Not surprised by the 2 star rating. This nail Salon consistently performs at a very low standard. I've been to the salon probably 4 times. My gel manicures last for less than a week before they start chipping and coming apart from the my natural nail. They are just rushing through the work and take the next person. Run far, far away. $20 regular mani, from a guy who can't even file or paint nails well. Went in on a whim right before a wedding and when the guy started to paint my nails, there were large chunks of cotton in the polish. I politely asked him to remove them and he literally rolled his eyes. I then just asked for him to take off the polish and he proceeded to leave me  with polish all over my hands. The owner had to come over and remove it, since homeboy wasn't skilled enough to even do that. Keep in mind they had already charged me $20 for literally, filing and cuticle trimming. Avoid!!! I've been to tons of nail salons in the area and this is my favorite! The staff here were professional and friendly. There was no wait. I was served very quickly and thoughtful. My technician is really a master in the field of nails. She made gel nails for me very beautiful. It looks amazing! This place is very warm and clean (located in the mall). Competitive price!!! I walked in and asked for my nails to be painted with gel paint. Simple. Just paint them. They told me it would be $35. Did I hear that right? Due to needing a gel polish on the day most salons were closed ( happy 4th , America) we ended up here. Oh Lucky Us! Not only was the male worker rude ( told us to hurry up he is busy when we picked out a color they don't have anymore) he also is a liar. No, he wasn't going to convince us , no matter how hard he tried, that baby pink is not the same color as nude. It is just an overall stressful and unpleasant experience. I was the first customer at Luxury Nails and felt pampered because they did my nails and my son so fabulous. I was impressed to find a salon that actually used their appointment book and stuck to it; too often I've made appointments at nail salons just to have to wait forever to get anything done. I'm glad I did! It's very quiet, clean, relaxing and very amusing. I got a french pedicure and it came out perfectly and the whole process took exactly an hour. The technicians are very nice and do a great job. The biggest compliment. There isn't dirt or dust on anything. Every time a new client is serviced I see the technicians opening sanitized tools from the autoclave. That is huge!! So wonderful! This place is fantastic! The place is bright and airy, without the smell of chemicals bombarding you when you walk in. I came in with a couple friends for a pedicure. It turned out to be the best pedicure I've ever had. They add rose petals to the water, and the massage chairs are super comfortable. They have a huge range of shellac and gel polish, that are neatly organized by color and brand. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and really take the time to scrub your feet. Terrible customer service. I went in with a small group. We all wanted the basic pedicure. Nothing fancy. Their techs were just ok. My tech was sloppy and rude. I accidentally moved my foot and smudge the nail polish. Totally my fault, but he overreacted and made a big deal about it. I was started after everyone else (which was fine, I wasn't in a hurry) but he finished with me before the others. I didn't feel welcome. I left feeling like it was an inconvenience to provide the service that I was paying for.----UPDATE-----After going to ORCHID NAILS & SPA and found out what a French-tip pedicure is SUPPOSED to be, I now know what a shoddy job that the nail tech from Luxury Nails did. One of the best pedicures I've had! I made an appointment online and when I got there I only waited a couple minutes before the lady asked if she could help me. I told her I had made an appointment and she took me right back to get started. The man who did my pedicure was super friendly and did a very thorough job. This was probably the worst mani pedi my friend and I have ever received in our lives. To start off we weren't greeted at the door. We sat and waited for 20 minutes and then were called from the back of the salon to come sit in the back. They guy doing our pedicures was on his phone the whole time and rushed it to where it turned out only being 15 minutes. My friends fingernails were bleeding and the lady was making rude comments about what she was wearing. It is difficult to get them to give you HOT WATER for your feet. I know it's summer but I don't like cool water for soaking my feet in. However, they give a great pedicure for $30.00 . Also is a long wait most of the time. Read Less

They do a good job but its a mystery what your registered account there gives you. I have never been told I get a discount of any kind. The language barrier is huge also. Plus, they have no message on their voicemail...no website....so if you wanted to know what their hours are, you are out of luck!!! I only go here because it is closest to my home. Read Less
