*Returning customer*I tried this place out after avoiding getting my nails done for years since moving to indy. I would recommend to anyone to come here. I would slecifically recommend Sarah or Linda to do your nails if you want a beautiful shape. I recommend sarah because she did my nails today, not only did she do beautiful work but fixed what another person messed up previously. She kept telling me to relax my hands, and what i didnt say is I was nervous that I would hate them. I am happy to report that I can return relaxed and confident and that she will take care of me. I would recommend Linda because I have seen her nails on my friends and they are beautiful. Another wonderful and convenient feature here is that you can schedule online usimg booksy. I love this place! I have been coming to this salon for about 6 years and will never go anywhere else! Kim and Linda are the absolute best at what they do. The customer service is awesome, prices are great and the quality of work is phenomenal! I have never left this salon feeling cheated nor unhappy. They always give me exactly what I want and usually more. They make recommendations on things like how to keep my nails matte and try new techniques on me when they learn them. I will ALWAYS come here and always recommend it to everyone. If you are looking for a new nail salon this is your spot!! I've been going to Kim's nails for over a year and I've never been disappointed! The facility is very clean and everyone is always nice and professional. I normally go to Linda or Kim but they always hire amazing talent to take care of their clients as well. I am personally very picky about my nails and never feel like I am asking for too much when I ask for something to be changed. I never get designs but see them on women all the time and they always look flawless. I also love the direction their business is going in! They are adding a lot more services (makeup, eyelashes) to their list which is great for women who do not want to go to multiple places to keep themselves looking and feeling good. I tried so many nail spas in greenwood area and none of them worked out for me, always doneA sloppy job!!! Kim's nails is the best of the best in greenwood! I went and got my nails done,  and I had asked for a flower design... It looks like a child drew a flower on my figure. It's really bad. I paid $3 for each nail design so that's $6 on a design I could have done way better and I didn't go to school for it. That's a little ridiculous! I tried this place after seeing reviews on Yelp! and Google. These women are extremely talented in the art of nails and nail designs. I received an acrylic fill from Linda and pedicure by Tara. Both were great and affordable pricing for each. I laughed so much during my appointment and the atmosphere is fun. Clean stations and business. BEST NAIL SALON EVER.  These ladies are talented, the place is super clean, and they make me feel comfortable every single time I walk in the door.  I alternate between regular and gel polish and either way the color always lasts a good amount of time.  They make sure my cuticles are perfectly trimmed, they shape my nails perfectly, I am always completely satisfied.  They are chatty, personable and are a delight!! These ladies are the bomb! I get a Pedi about every 3 or 4 mos, and Linda and Kim are my fav gals! They are sweet and have great personalities, and do an awesome job. I show up at opening time, get in before I start my day and feel absolutely gorgeous when they get me done. I took my daughter here to get her 1st Pedi for her 24th Birthday.(Of course, I had a Pedi too). About half-way thru, she said "Thanks, mom, this was a great idea". (Rockstar Mom Status achieved!!! Truly disappointed today I drive out to their salon and arrived at 421p. Their hours show open until 730p, but no one was there, no lights, no open sign. So I went somewhere else. They lost a new customer. I will not waste my time to drive out there to a business that is suppose to be open, but wasn't. A big waste of my gas and time. Read Less

By far the worst experience ever.  Went in for a pedicure-which was good.  Went to get a pink/white fill...and this is just where it went downhill.   I'm not sure the nail tech had ever done a pink and white fill....or new set ever.  I know it's hard...but it didn't even look like there was a curve in the tip. Just straight across.  He was filing until my nails felt like they were going to ignite. I asked him several times to stop and he kept going until I finally had to yell stop.  Also rap music-not a fan.  Never again-by far the worst experience ever....unless you like pain and ugly nails.
