Had a lovely conversation with the gentleman doing my nails but before 1 week had past my gel polished peeled off 1 finger. By 2 days later, I had 2 more off and the polish of several others lifting. I can't speak to whether it is the polish and process used or the person doing my nails. A nice gel manicure should last 2 weeks at least. My experience is disappointing with results. Read Less

Had nails done with wedding party. Told the lady "no gel" 3 times. She insisted gel last longer, gel better. I gave in this was a Friday wedding Saturday. Sunday gel was cracking (french tips) they looked horrable. 3 weeks later still dealing with damage. So when customer said NO GEL. Give them what they want. Customer knows best. Read Less

I’ve always had good experiences here, but recently had some problems. I went in on Saturday for a mani/pedi with gel polish. The polish looked great, paid a little extra for a special effect (that I was told about after my nails were done). I loved it. The problem is: one of the polished chipped while I was pulling on jeans the very next morning! So I went back, they fixed it no problem. All is good... EXCEPT that today while doing my makeup, one of the polished fell off my nail in a whole sheet! I’ve never experienced this issue with gel polish before now. It was my birthday last month and me and my daughter we're in the area. Lived the service and I was very surprised when I was given a cupcake for my birthday. I was so pleased and grateful that a total stranger appreciated me on my birthday. I enjoyed speaking with the wife and her daughter was in fourth grade so delighted to tell me about her school day. I've never had this experience before usually their so busy speaking their own language that you have no clue what's being said. Oh my gosh ! I love this place so much ! I only come here for my nails to be done ! The best is Tammy she is the wife of the owner and I personally think she does the best out off all of them ! But the owners name is Kevin and he does an amazing job too! I would for sure recommend this place ! They are VERY clean and they use liner for the pedicure chairs so you are not soaking your feet in the same tub as someone else that we previous and for your first visit they charge you a $1 for your own nail file a buffer so you don't use the same one other people have used on there nails. It may seem like that they take a long time but they take there time and do there job the correct way. This place deserves more than 5 stars. Read Less

Best nail and spa ever!!! Went to have a pampering day with my mom on my birthday and Kevin the owner always welcomes me like family and even went down and baught me a cupcake for my birthday, and wasn't going to leave on customer out. This place is definitely worth the drive! Everyone is always so friendly. I never have to wait long when I just walk in. The salon is extremely clean and they even give you the emory board and buffer they use on your feet. Love this place!!! Read Less

If I could put a negative I would. I have a big behind and hips. I do have the same type of office chair at home and I've been using the ones at other salons just fine. When it was my turn, he took the chair away and gave me fold up chair. How humiliating and in a full salon, too. I didn't need it. He assumed since I was overweight I needed a different chair. Meh.  Had a pedicure yesterday.  The older lady did it.  She was already mad as a lady before was complaining about her pedicure from the day before.  My nail tech was rough, gruff and not very good.  She even tried to complain to me about this same lady who was sitting very close to us.  Very awkward.  My trim ion my toe nails is not even.  The lines on my French pedicure are not even.   I asked her to fix my big toe on the left foot and she made it worse.   This salon was good last summer.  What changed?  Sigh.  I won't be back and now have to find another nail salon.  Anyone have any suggestions for a salon that does a good French pedicure? Wife goes here all the time with my daughter. Then today, after being told it would be a 40 minute wait, she sat for over 90 minutes with no end in sight and no communication about how much longer it would be. Ridiculous that you wasted our afternoon. If you are too busy, let the clients know. Too bad, she loved this place... Read Less

I visited this nail salon today and had a Gel fill, the salon staff was so friendly and the salon was incredibly clean. I was very impressed that everything was so sanitized, they even put liners in pedicure bowls and use new files on each customer. Can't wait to come back and get a pedicure this week. Read Less
