Worst I have sever seen...I left in pain! She pulled every single nail away from the skin behind the nail and left BOTH thumbs bleeding. She was rude and didn't even greet me, just pointed at the chair she wanted me in. Went to this location because I've been wanting to get my nails done for a while and I was in town for a bit. You're not really greeted upon entering the store but that's not a big issue. Shop looked spacey and clean. I had brought a picture of the nails I wanted done and only required one color of nail polish. They were pretty simple. Upon entering the shop,there's a table with little boxes of different colors of nail tips. I saw a black sparkly set that I instantly wanted. When my name was called I showed the man the kind of nails that I wanted and asked if I could get the sparkly tips. He proceeded to tell me he couldn't. Like why ????? They're right there,how can you not do it ?? Instead of using the plain white ones you could have used the sparkly black ones. It would have saved you the trouble of painting them black later on... When he went to cut the nails after glueing them on,they were cut uneven. It's not usually a big deal because most people use the acrylic to sculpt them but the man didn't and they're uneven now. I've always had the nails clipped with clippers designed for the nails instead of little scissors. I think that's the root of the problem for the uneven nails. Then he had someone paint my nails because other people came in. Not really an issue but if you take on a client aren't you suppose to finish ??? The paint job itself is alright. I had lines painted on my ring finger in a criss cross fashion and some spots are darker then the others. In the picture the black nails were all painted in a way so when you nails grew they'd still look decent instead of clearly showing that you need a refill. I requested this and was told they couldn't do that. All you had to do was paint a thin line and fill it in. I don't understand why that couldn't be done. My nails themselves could have been painted better but I guess they'll do. All in all everything was alright for the price.Read Less
