My first time here was May 1st for a girls day. We just had pedicures and the experience was hands down the best. I have been to many salons but never experienced the at home feel. I tried them again today, May 11th; and went for a fill. I have been to three salons in the area for a simple soft French manicure. No one could get it. I was beginning to feel like I was looking for a unicorn. Today I found my unicorn!!! Den did an amazing job!!! Bad experience here today which is unfortunate because I have been coming here for quite some time now. I was serviced by “Alex” or “Alek” I couldn’t fully understand him when I asked for his name and he barely spoke the entire time. If you come here you’ll know exactly who I’m talking about. When he did open his mouth to say a few words he was completely rude with his tone and mannerisms, came on as flat out racist if you ask me. He spoke to me as if I was ignorant from the jump, was very rough with my hands and nails and to top it off did a mediocre job. Then once he was done he overcharged me, I’m sure he thought I was to ignorant to notice (40 dollars for a fill??). Hopefully they replace this guy with someone who can converse properly. We had an appointment for 2:00 and were so excited to get our nails done for Florida. Finally, at 3:00 they took one of us. Then split us up, and still didn't do the other until they were done with one of us. They did not paint the color that I chose. When I told them they did a different color they said the one I chose was old and that they didn't have it anymore (but failed to mention that before painting the much darker shade on). They laughed about it and did not offer to do anything to fix the mistake they made. Very disappointed in the service. Read Less

PT nails is astounding. They are clean, fast, and efficient. I have a 5 month old baby girl, and i thought i could sneak a nail apt. in while she slept, well guess who woke up? Every PT nail employee held her, sang to her, danced with her and distracted her until my nails were finished. Truly caring and exceptional staff that you won’t find anywhere else. Stopped in here with two friends to get mani pedis before our vacation. We were so excited to come here after learning the twins moved here. We went in on a early Tuesday afternoon without appointments. We were not worried at all about waiting because this was our plan for the day. Sadly the twins were not there... no problem! The staff was friendly but one of the nail techs kept rolling her eyes at us and just making us feel uncomfortable. I receive a full set of acrylic nails with shellac (from said nail tech). I was very uncomfortable the whole time. I left a $10 tip (did not end up getting pedicure). Once I got out to the car and saw my nails I wanted to cry. Some are crooked. It looks like my nails have been growing out for three weeks. They look so embarrassing. I'm not the type to go in and ask for them to fix it. I have an appointment tomorrow at another nail salon to fix them. She never cleaned up my finger nails or pushed back my cuticles. Some nails she glued on top of the cuticle and others she places just below half way up the nail. If you are under the age of 30 and going in here expect them to treat you like you are garbage. Really disappointed and will never be going back. Everyone who has seen my nails can't believe how horrible they look. Read Less

This was my first visit to this nail salon and I will never return. I was cut and bleeding on three cuticles. This has NEVER happened to me and I can only attribute it to a nail tech who was careless and rushing, even though they were not busy. I've gone here a couple times to get a true opinion and each time I went, I hated it more and more. My nails were never ever shaped symmetrically. My friend and I had appointments for mani and pedi with specific technicians and while we got our pedi, our technician went to do a walk in customer. We were told that our specified person could no longer do our nails! It's definitely cheaper and they have a punch card or else no one would ever come back to them. I love going to get my nails done at PT Nails. I have been getting my nails done with Brian he is very nice and he does beautiful work. He does not rush and my gel nails last for longer than 3 wks with out needing a fill!! Ask for Brian at your next visit you won't be sorry! Read Less

My experience was horrible. They were busy and I told them I can comeback another day, they insisted it would be quick, they sat me in the pedicure chair for 32 minutes before anybody could take me. They told me it would be $53 for gel nails on my hands, and regular polish on my feet. They didn't let me choose a color before sitting me in the chair. So I said do white, to not waste any more time. When I go to pay they tell me it's $58 because I picked all white for my feet. I told them that was a regular nail polish. They insisted because it was white. My manicure was done my the manager and she did a terrible job. I had to tell her my nails were uneven twice, and she looked at them and said: "You're right." The service was terrible and they seem money-hungry. My nail on my middle finger was still uneven after telling her twice about it. Read Less

I have been a very loyal customer at PT nails. I have gone there for many years. They pretend to be very nice. However, they are very racist. I am an African American women and they continue to take caucasian people before me. I always leave a tip. For some reason when I make an appointment they can never take me on time, once again taking other people before me. Yesterday was the last straw, when the guy doing my nails tried to bully me into getting gel nail polish over acrylic nails. Which makes NO SENSE. He was only doing it to get more money from me. After I persistently told him no he then rushed me to pick my color because I did not want the gel. He proceeded to say, I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT as he continued to rush me. As if I was bothering him because I was taking my time to pick a color. Bottom line is PT nails is racist and greedy for money. Don't go. Read Less

I had an appointment here for a pedicure and a shellac manicure. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment. Still had to wait until well after my appointment time. It took nearly 2.5 hours. That's not including the 30 minute wait. They were very nice and affordable, but I was really disappointed to give up 3 hours of my free time. First time here and had a great experience. I'm always hesitant to try anywhere other than my usual nail salon. However, due to time constraints I needed somewhere closer to my house. My six year old daughter wanted to get her nails painted and I had a shellac manicure. Both look great and the staff was very friendly and patient. My only suggestion would be that they turn the volume down a bit on the music. It was hard at times to hear/understand my nail tech. Otherwise very happy with our visit!Read Less

I have been going to this salon for a little while. It has been hit or miss. Sometimes the experience is great and other times I have been cut. I guess I kept going due to the salon being so close to my home and wanting to give them another chance. My mistake. This last experience though has made me realize I need to venture out a bit further and receive a service that is worthy of what I pay. I went in for a gel manicure and picked out a color. I noticed the technician had an odd way of applying the polish. She dabbed it and did not use a paint stroke method. Basically she painted my nails like my 5 year old niece. The polish was uneven and you could see through it. The application also started to look clumpy as well. I let her continue as I figured the next coat would start to even things up but it looked bad each time. When she started to apply the top gel coat is when I realized she was done applying the polish. That see through clumpy mess is what I was going to end up with.I asked her if she felt the polish looked even. Immediately she looked annoyed. She went from pleasant to the attitude to now she has a difficult customer. She called over another technician and they spoke in their own language. The girl then started to apply polish over the top coat. Then had me put my hand back in the light dryer. When she wiped my fingers, the polish started to pull off, then it was really starting to look like a mess. She then proceeded to dab more polish on the part that pulled off to fix it. Obviously this wasn't going to work. I suggested that we may need to start over. I could tell this was not what she wanted to hear and again called the other technician over. She then proceeded to file down part of the polish and at this point I said that we definitely need to start over. I suggested we pick another color at this point because I wasn't sure if the polish was bad or they simply didn't know how to apply that particular color. I remained kind and blamed it on possibly poor polish.She said something to a man in the shop and he took over. Although he was nice and far more gentle than the women technicians in the shop, he was a bit condescending as with each step he asked me if it looked okay as if I was this extremely difficult customer. I am an extremely patient person. I am a manager in customer service. I have dealt with my fair share of unreasonable people which makes me more patient to a fault at times.  He did not remove all of the old polish and when I went out into the sunlight you could still see the prior polish on my nails along the sides. The biggest insult was when I paid my bill and they charged me an additional 10 dollars for a polish change. That is okay, enjoy the extra charge as I will not be returning. Read Less

Took my niece to get a manicure because she broke off all of her acrylic that she had done for prom. I had a pedicure that was done by a woman name Lyna who did an amazing job on me. But this review is for the woman who worked on my niece's manicure. I showed my technician, Lyna, the work that was done on her and asked her if she could clean up the mess that was left on her nails. The lady then continued to ask Lyna what was said in Viet and they continued to talk back and forth. The lady then turned to me and said that she did the best she could because my nieces nails were so damaged. She continued to try to make her points valid as to why her work looked the way it did. I was annoyed by this point. She then said that it looks messy because her cuticles were dried. She then added cuticle oil and it changed nothing. All I asked for was to have the polish on her skin be cleaned up. That's not much to ask for and I got an entire 30 minutes of awkwardness with everyone's attention on me. I'm also a manicurist who was visiting from out of state so I know everything there is to know about what needs to be done to her nails. It looks like my 4 years old daughter did it. Heard great reviews about this place so I was a bit disappointed in my first visit.They were able to seat me right away which was great considering how crowded they were. I got a shellac manicure and it probably took less than 10 minutes, which isn't necessarily a good thing. She didn't get my full nail, so the sides were completely colorless. My nails tend to grow pretty quickly, but it's only been a week and the shellac is already starting to peel off from the bottom of my nails and the sides. They haven't chipped yet which is good, but her not painting my full nail has definitely cause the peeling problem. Read Less

This place sucked. Flew in from San Francisco for my sisters baby shower and wanted to get our nails done for her special day. They got us in after about 15 which wasn't bad but that's probably the one plus of this experience. First off- the guy working on my nails was a bit rude and reeked so badly of cigarettes it gave me a headache. He scraped my cuticles so hard that 4 of my fingers were bleeding. He then blamed it on my "thin cuticles". That would be all fine if I didn't regularly get my nails done and have never bled. He then started to file them in a square shape without asking me, which is not my style. When I stopped him, he looked annoyed that he had to fix them. It was the most half assed French shellac I've ever received. I had the white polish all over the skin on my fingers and the aforementioned blood was stuck on my nails for 3 days. My sisters nails were also a mess. They were filed unevenly and after they dried she noticed there were several hard bumps under the polish.
