My sister and I went here together one night. Yes we did go closer to closing time but if they didn't have time they should have said so. When we were getting our nails done they started cleaning up and vacuuming. Bumping into our chairs making for a VERY u comfortable and non relaxing experience. The staff was not pleasant. And when we were done my nails were all messed up. You know when the nails kinda points up as if the nail wasn't glued on all the way down?? Not sure on how to ex plain it but they were all tilted upwords... not straight. And my sisters were super thick with TONS of air bubbles. Not going back. Read Less

Always happy with what Tina, the owner, does. She takes time to make sure my acrylics are not thick around the outside of my nails, I never have lifting between visits either. All of the techs there are good but a few, like Tina, are exceptional. Read Less

I've been there 4 times now for fill ins and shellac. Every time I've come out of there with different sized and shaped nails and the polish is so thick it looks like colored logs on the ends of my fingers. The staff is very rude also Read Less

Pretty upset with the service or lack of that I have been getting here. I love my nail tech Hang but three times ago when I went I had the owner as a tech and she didn't do parafin wax as they advertise FREE for each customer. She said they were too busy to to it. So the next time I went I got my favorite tech and she did it but then the owner reprimanded her for it. I went again todayand again I did not get this part of the service that I have loved there for 2 years! I tip huge and I mean huge (just for a manicure and shellac I will tip $10). I went here for the first time with my sister whose first time also. We did go towards closing. However they either need to do a good job or tell us it was too late because we each had a different girl and both of us were disappointed.. my nails were all pointed up words so they felt and looked very unatural. The girl didn't shape all of my nails the same. I asked for square with the corners slightly rounded. And some were full on square and some were full on rounded. Either or would have been fine but they were all different. The other big thing was that usually the nail tech will check to make sure they are all equL in length.  This girl didn't each nails was a little different in length than the other. They looked a little better than when I came in but definitly looked like I did them myself. My sisters nails were all super thick on the tips and didn't have a simple silver she wanted. And lastly they started cleanig up cuz it was end of day, and was vacuuming and hit my chair twice which was incredibly annoying, especially because I was trying to relax. Won't be going back. Staff is very rude and rushed. They seemed overwhelmed, although there were not many people there. My daughter and I felt very uncomfortable, the staff acted like we were a bother. My friend and I went for pedicure and manicure yesterday. We were seated next to each other and we were both, my friend especially, treated with such rudeness and disrespect. The only time they smiled was when they interacted with one another in their native language. I have never been treated this way in a salon before. Wow. I made an appointment for Saturday at noon and they took me straight away over the walk ins! So many other places could care less what time your appointment was set for! Plus the shellac lasts for 2 weeks and you get a paraffin dip with all services. This is not the best place for nail art. For that I recommend Maive at allure. Can absolutely be hit or miss. Don't bother making any appointments. The last two times I've made a time commitment with them, I wait a minimum of 15 minutes AFTER the appointment time to be seated. Because of some of the problems, I stayed away for a while... I started coming back on a "drop in" basis like most customers (fingers crossed for slow days) once my favorite manicurist returned, and I love her and trust her with my nails, but the actual running of the business is backward indeed. Tina is not a great business owner, and is NOT focused on customer service. Diem is rough with cuticles and always pushes upgrades - if you just want a basic service, she seems put out that she will not earn extra with you - she once put crystals on my eight year old's nails without asking me, and then dared charge me extra for it, joking how she "didn't ask mom." Another gripe: Occasionally when I have my hands in the "cuticle softener" gel too long because it is busy and I have to wait longer, my fingers are rougher for it the next day and feel like they are overdried and eaten away. That being said, I am always happy to relax and hand over my fingers and feet when it's a slower time- I get a great service when there are not three women waiting behind me. The hot wax is the best. I feel that a lot of the 'Granger Moms' who can't be bothered to understand that there is a language and culture barrier when these women are helping you, and who want a mani/pedi within a 45 minute window are generally a bit harsh on them. I have gone to this Salon several times in the past with no issues. But, I think last week will be my last. While the individual who did my pedicure and shellac was very proficient, she complained a lot. During the pedicure, I'm still trying to figure out what she was complaining about. It was almost like when she got her arms wet, she personally blamed me for it. During my shellac, she complained that I was too stiff/tense and made it very clear to me she didn't appreciate it. I do not recommend this business. I went in to get some chipped acrylic nails replaced, and Tina insisted on doing a complete set so they all "matched". I agreed. Tina spent  an abundance of time on her cell phone, and the results on my nails was indicative of that. All of the nails on my left hand were filed crookedly.  I had a sore spot by one of my nails cuticles and when she pushed on it I said "ow!" And she pushed on it again and again( honestly it was weird) saying "sore.", "sore."?? You sore?. And SMILING. C'mon.In addition, my thumbs and index fingers are not proportionate bed of nail to white of nail. When I said they weren't right, she shooed me away with her hands and said that next time they'd be good.. Trouble is, she charged me 45.00 dollars THIS TIME. While I  was getting my nails done, a woman complained that after having a pedicure two weeks prior, she now had two ingrown toenails and could barely walk. Tina's solution? we will fix them next time....What?....The floor was covered with nails and God knows what.  And FYI TO ALL THAT CALL FOR APPOINTMENTS- no one writes appointments down.
