I had the worst experience ever here. The manicure I received was awful. The stylist went to use stick on tips for a french manicure on my real nails before I stopped her. When I came back and asked politely if they would correct it he made me feel guilty and ashamed. Saying if he corrected how does he know I would be happy. He got mad and was very hasty and mean. One star for how nice the technicians were.. But that's it. We were a bridal party and the wedding was the following day. Three of my nails chipped pretty bad and one toenail. The rest of my nails looked like they would start chipping any day. Three of the brides toenails were completely off; how is that even possible? My pedicures normally last 2 months!!! I seriously wish I could have my money back. $38 for a mani pedi is pricey anyways. Definitely not going back. Read Less

The staff were friendly and very accommodating (we had no appt.) however we won't be returning. My husband and I stopped in for pedicures and manicures. Since his leg surgery it has been difficult for him to bend over and cut his own toenails. I figured he would enjoy getting a pedicure and he felt comfortable when he saw there was another man getting the same. When the woman was done with my husband he called me over and I was a bit shocked, she had cut a lot of his toe nail away on each foot. She kept saying she was a miracle worker and he would never get another ingrown toe nail again. She may be right if her plan was to cause such a terrible infection his toes fall off. My poor husband ended up with an urgent care visit a week later. Both feet very infected. My own toes were inflamed but I have been home treating and should be fine. Again, poor job with cutting the nails. My manicure was poorly done and uncomfortable. The technician was fairly rough with pushing back cuticles leaving my fingers sore. It took almost 2 hours for my nail polish to finally cure after I got home. I ended up with big nicks and gouges in the polish. My experience has always been wonderful until today! I walked in and was barely looked at. When a lady approached the counter she said pick color. As I did meanwhile I stood there as she took a phone call. She told the customer on the other end she had a customer and it would be an hour, wasn't good enough for the person on the other end. The lady behind the counter then told her 5 minutes! Then hung up only to tell me to have a seat. She started my nails, a lady then walked in the salon 5 mins lady. Now this is what really baffled me, the lady doing my nails told me I have to wait now 5-10 minutes! Seriously! I now have no choice put to stay my nails are half done! After 7 mins the person took over only to say "What you can't wait? " So I told him what a poor way to treat customers! I should of been told I would have to wait and not pushed aside for someone else! My money is just as good as any walking through the door!  He then proceeded to tell me I was a walk in she wasn't. I corrected him and told him I heard the conversation on the phone so I know I was the first guest and it shouldn't matter! You do not treat customers that way! All he said was "I'll take care of you today" Poor poor customer service!  I am sad to because I will never come back, I used to love this place! Each customer should be treated like they are the one that holds the business up not whoever they feel have more money! Jerks! I used to get treated better at the mall salons! Read Less

The staff is always friendly and do a wonderful job. Everything is priced very fairly and the atmosphere is great. Always kept up and clean, and you rarely have to wait even a few minutes! Love Jolly Nails! Read Less

Heard good things about this place but I stopped in today for a mani and pedi 2 hours before close and they said "they didn't have time for me." Ummm..unprofessional much? There was also not a single person waiting. I won't be back. Bad first impression. I've been in salons 5 minutes before close and they've still serviced me! I went in for my very first pedicure and couldnt be more impressed. Very professional and so relaxing. I loved the massage chair, choice of lotion, and the whole relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely go again. Read Less
