Came in on a whim with my mom to get pedicures. Although there was only one person working there we said we wouldn't mind waiting. To our surprise, another employee was called and very promptly joined in to give us a good experience. The place was cleanly, and the service was quick but thorough. One touch I thought was nice was that they truly listened to me when I asked for firm pressure when scrubbing as my feet are very ticklish. I also like that my feet were not hacked at with a blade. Price was right and I am very pleased with with results! Read Less

I've had my fair share of bad shellac manicures. I'm a nurse & I'm rough on my hands and nails, so shellacs typically don't last the full 2 weeks. They ALWAYS do when I come here! The guy who does the shellac is a perfectionist and they come out  every.single.time. I don't get my nails done often so I'm willing to pay more for something great that will last. Every time I go somewhere else I am disappointed - polish on the skin, a piece of my nail not painted, or polish not lasting. You won't have that here, it's worth it in my opinion! Read Less

I stopped in to get my nails done after appointments in the area. After surveying and seeing it was clean I asked for a no-chip and a pedi. I should have asked the price first!  With minimal tip it was almost $75.!  AND, my nails were chipping 2 days later and rapidly getting worse.  The pedi was great but the manicurist doing my nails used a little short file which left my nail tips rough, how perturbing to have to file them smooth after paying such and exorbitant price.I should have know something was up when there was only one other customer there the entire time.NOT a good stop for me. Horrible customer service!!! I've tried twice to use a gift card that was bought for me and both times the same rude guy! The first time he said it would be an hour wait with only one customer in there. Second time he said no more appointments when they didn't close for another hour. Both times he was very rude and unfriendly. Maybe they need to adjust their store hours if they don't plan on staying open. I'd rather throw my gift card in the trash than go back there. I will go to Allure Nails like normal where they are nice to their customers.Read Less

I went the last hour of the day on a Saturday. There was only one other customer in there and she was drying. When she left, the 2 ladies went about cleaning duties while the gentleman was doing my nails. They never spoke to each other but I don't care if they had I think all languages are beautiful. I liked that it was actually quiet and calming. To top it all off I think it was the best fill I've had since recently starting these nails. They are smooth and perfect with no nailpolish blemishes or weird grooves from the equipment. Read Less

No wait, friendly staff, but the prices are significantly more than other nail salons. 35$ for a basic shellac manicure is absurd. Most salons around charge 25 for the same exact manicure. My nails looks great, but paying over $70 for a shellac manicure and a basic pedicure when you can get it else where for 50 is insane! Not worth the price in my opinion. If they did something different, I wouldn't have a problem paying the extra, but they didn't. I was a bit disappointed. Also, the young guy doing my nails took a smoke break while my nails were soaking and came back without spraying himself with cologne or anything..gross. Not what I wanted to smell. Read Less

I'm glad I didn't take the previous advice because when I visited them I had absolutely no complaints. They were completely nice. They barely ever talked to each other and even if they did I wouldn't have minded. The job they did was awesome. My sister and I got two hot stone pedicures and they were wonderful. I think it is rude to call their language ugly and expect them to speak our language even around people of the same race. If they can speak English and as long as they don't expect me to know their language then that's completely fine with me. Read Less

I recently visited your salon. My sister and I decided to treat ourselves to a pedicure. While the workmanship was okay, the overall atmosphere was not. It seems that every time I go to a salon where the manicurists are bi-lingual, they sit there while working on you and chatter and laugh in their very ugly language with their coworkers when they should be giving you their undivided attention to make the customer feel special. If they are in this country to work on our people, they should only speak our language in front of us. Their language is not a pretty one to listen to and very annoying. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I did tip but later asked myself, why? Maybe their tips would increase of they would treat the customer better. Read Less
