I went to enquire about having American gel nails done showed the picture of exactly what i wanted oohhh yes white tip and gel overlay price £35 so i made appointment for Tuesday yesterday, i went showed the girl the same picture which she said i need to ring my boss then proceed to speak in there language, she back and started my nails, i should have questioned her but i thought it most be a different way instead of the white tip i got a full nail secured to my nail with acrylic which i have never seen done before she then painted the tip white shellac and then over that she painted 2 coat of this peachy beigey shellac and had the bloody cheek to still charge me £35.00, THE ONLY THING I LIKE IS THE SHAPE. Went yesterday for infills as couldn't get to usual nail salon. Cost me 28£ for this where I go it's £20 and includes any repairs and glitter etc. Staff were talking on phone in own language while she was doing my treatment and also holding conversations between themselves. The infill were done very thinly and there were bumps and chips left in the nails. The polish looked like a child had applied it and chipped within 30 mins. Today one nail has totally snapped off something... that has never happened when I have had infill done elsewhere. Disappointed with the service as it has really gone down since opening when there were more staff and they were very professional and took pride and care on their work. Will not be wasting my money here again. It will now cost me to go to my normal salon to put the nails right as I doubt I will be offered any kind of refund. Went here for the first time yesterday 4/7/18 and I was highly dissatisfied! I got a pedicure and fill in. First off I never went to a nail shop that makes you take off your own polish they were very rude and of course when I asking about prices everyone seemed like they couldn't understand me. Always go here to have my eyebrows and waxing done, love my shape and the finish is always really clean. So impressed, especially after my last arm wax. Not a hair in sight! Totally took the piss out of me! I went for a interview last Thursday and she said I could have the job as long as I wanted, id get paid minimum wage and she train me in services I didn't know. Thought it was going great but yesterday I had half day then tam said she was Interviewing people who are fully qualified in acrylic nails which I can't do! She cba training me to do full acrylica! She changed her mind overnight!! So she talked to me and next thing I was tidying the ...salon and she says "katie you might as well go as I need people who are fully qualified in acrylic nails" she didn't have the guts to tell me I was sacked and apparently I was getting trained so I haven't been paid for the work, treatments I did! So I am very pissed off and disappointed and upset I been messed about before and now well not anymore people can't walk all over me again!! One star is too many. Poor, poor customer service. I was told one price & then a few minutes later told another. They need to learn better English communication skills because they have none. I have been coming here for years & I may not be back. Service sucks........The owner Tom is terrible he doesn't know the customer is always right maybe he does but don't care. They do ok nails; but the customer service is horrible. The last time I went there, I watched about 5 employees argue with one lady about whether or not they put a top coat on her nails. The lady ended up leaving. It was just an ugly scene. They were laughing at her and making fun of her. All she did was told them they forgot to top coat her nails.
