Very professional. I like everyone there. They make feel very comfortable and I love the pedicures. The deluxe pedicure included a paraffin dip which makes my feet so soft. This nail salon deserves zero stars. This is probably the worst mani pedi I ever had in over twenty years. First, while getting my pedicure, the nail tech cut my skin while trimming my cuticle on a toe. I told her and she still kept right on trimming. I eventually had to tell her to stop. Next, my acrylic gel application by the other tech. He was older, so for some reason I thought he would be very experienced. Wrong! He put on LAYERS upon LAYERS of acrylic on my nails. Then he did not bother to file them down evenly. He did not even apply the gel color evenly. I then realized why I was the only patron in the salon. I ended up having to get a new full set at a salon in Fishers a week later. All my nails had lifted on the sides and the other nail salon thought I had a several month old set of nails! Thought I would try this new salon on its grand opening weekend. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment.  I never had a gel manicure take less than 22 minutes.  The nail tech spoke hardly any English. She just nodded when I asked her questions.  She didn't even remove the clear nail polish before she buffed over them with a block.  The clear polish was left in spots and it did no good to point out because she could not communicate with me.  She used the absolute minimum amount of gel color for the two coats. You can still see my nail through the Antique Violet color.  This is not a sheer color.  She rushed my hands through the drying cycles before the timer was up.  Leaving bubbles on the surface.  I only got one coat of the top coat and the color was worn off the edges by the second day.  Not to mention the polish has peeled where it was stuck on my cuticles.  Even with the 20% off $30 gel nail price it was too much.  I can't imagine paying the full price! I will not be retuning which is too bad because it is a convenient location. I hope they work out the kinks. There was no pampering involved. Just paint 10 nails and collect the cash. Read Less
