Can't even explain how terrible my experience was. The man doing my nails must of been new.... I came for a full set... this man had acrylic dripping off my nails..he had it All over his hands and he filed my skin raw when trying to shape them. The breaking point was when he cut me with the drill which caused me to bleed. If u want terrible customer service and your nails to come off in a week I suggest u go to Ky's Nails and Spa I went there last week and I have had 3 nails pop up and my nail color (which was gel) peel right off! Asked the owner of there was anything they could do and she told me no because I only got a fill they couldn’t be fixed I payed 30 bucks for a refill and my nails now look like SHIT then she told me I would have to pay 58 bucks for a new set cause that’s the reason they were coming off. I went with my sister to have our nails done, then took my Mom, now the three of us, we have all been spoiled by Ky, and her girls, they are so nice and friendly, the nail salon very clean (that's important) we will not go any where else for nails or pedicure. They make you feel so comfortable while you're there and you have a good time, I think the prices are reasonable and feeling as welcome and comfortable as they make you feel to me that's priceless. I gave it one star because when I first came to TT nail salon I enjoyed my very first experience and the woman who did my nails did an excellent job. But when I returned back in 2 weeks the owner told me that she no longer work there any longer and she would do my nails. Of course I allowed her to and to me she did a very rushed job she was trying to be very friendly but I decided to just give her the benefit of the doubt and went on about my business. Then I came back in 2 weeks and she did my nails again and she was very very rude and because it was busy which I had already made my appointment she was trying to have me in and out not really taking her time and because of that too nails were shaped very differently than the rest and she act it was okay. Went here with two of my friends (all walk in). We all got pedicures, excellent service and a great pedicure. I walked out in flip flops sliding around becaues my feet were so smooth and clean. I also got a gel manicure and the nail tech (I believe she said Vana) got my cuticles cleaner than they've ever been and was very focused and made sure they looked perfect! Can't wait to go back. I usually go see Ky, and have amazing results. Recently, I've tried out the other girls and I am equally impressed! I go every two weeks, and have never been disappointed. Recommend it to anyone. Totally disappointed! Wow, I showed them what my girlfriend wanted on her nails for Easter. What she ended up with was essentially a toddler's depiction of what was intended. When I made mention to the owner of how far off the depiction was from what was originally intended, he sympathized but offered no apology. Totally disappointed😧 Read Less

NEVER AGAIN! Within 48 hours I began to experience discomfort in 2 of my nails. I was worried after I noticed they used the same tools on me that they used on prior customers without disinfecting them.They may not have noticed that I was watching very closely or didn't care? I did notice the manager was upset because his employee was getting a new box of sanitized utensils and instructed his employee to use the same tools that obviously were not sanitized.It seemed he thought maybe since he spoke in viatnamese that I wouldn't be able to interpret what i was seeing? I travel across town just to go here. I won't go anywhere else. My nails are a work of art every time and that is extremely important to me. I don't trust anyone else. Believe me when I say other places have done me wrong, but not TT Nails. Read Less

They were friendly, however I noticed that the files were kept as a group in a cup, used then put back the tools also appeared to not be clean. The next day my toe is red and swollen. I will not be returning, and must encourage others to stay away. Read Less

I will never be returning to this place again. Not only could she barely, and I mean BARELY speak English, I had to ask several times what she was asking and eventually gave up cause there was no hope. I had asked for gel polish, she asked tip, I told her no the whole nail. She did just the tips anyway and pretended to not understand when I told her that is not what I wanted. She applied acrylics as well but when I asked for them to be cut down since I like to keep my nails s...hort she forgot an entire hand and then acted annoyed when I reminded her that my left hand was still at the long length. None of my nails are an even length or match of any sort to the other hand, they are extremely crooked and no joke when I pointed that out she told me I was wrong. After giving up on trying to get my nail painted even though I knew the acrylic wouldn't match she did the tips. I would honestly like to know what she was on cause if she thinks these are well rounded tips I deserve my damn money back. Thank goodness my in-laws had given me a gift certificate cause I will be going elsewhere where they actually know how to apply acrylics and polish correctly! For a fill, gel polish and design on two nails she was charging me $38.00, I promise you what I received wasn't even worth $10.00 don't waste your time here. I know of much better places to go.
