Most relaxing mani/pedi I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I've been meaning to try this location for a while, but somehow I always end up at KT'S Nails. Today I'm glad I gave this place a chance! It is clean, bright, comfortable, and modestly priced. A french shellac manicure and french pedicure including tax and tip was $70, and the result is beautiful. The chairs for your pedicure are AMAZING. My cosmotoligist massaged my feet well, and I'm thankful for that! The staff are welcoming and friendly. They clearly enjoy their job and their environment. I have been going to Tip n Toe for almost a year now and I LOVE it!!!Everyone is friendly!  I make an appointment and I never have to wait.  I am in and out within an hour every time.  My nails always look nice and professional, they last for at least 3 weeks!   Jen and the rest of the ladies are the best.  It is a great place to go and get pampered!  Very clean! Ventilation systems were awful. All I could smell was the fumes and chemicals from the nail polish and polish remover. Almost passed out from it. They rushed, and they disobeyed me when I said I didn't want sparkles on my nails. She insisted she put them on, and I said no. I had been going somewhere else for years and tried here about a year ago and have been going back ever since. I have never had a problem and the gel lasts a long time. Not friendly if you forget to tip. I didn't have enough cash on me, my manicure ending up being more than expected, so I planned to go back to my car to retrieve more money for the tip following my manicure...but after her reaction to not getting a tip right away I decided not to. Threw my purse. Didn't respond to my thank you. Remember: tips are not mandatory. Also. I took my acrylics off about a week ago after having them on for several months. I have a green spot on my nail, which is a bacterial infection from the acrylic not being applied right. Despite the other review left for Tip N Toe, I decided to go here today. I liked that they have prices on their website, unlike many other nail salons. I was nervous to go here due to the bad review, but I had a very pleasant experience. They greeted me right away, did not rush me to get a polish, and were ready and waiting as soon as I was. Jodie was my nail tech and she did an amazing job! She really worked to make my nails look even and smooth. I went from a square shape to round and she made them look great. She also made them look really natural. She didn't hurt my cuticles when trimming them up, like I've experienced at other salons. The polish looks nice and even, and she cleaned up any polish flaws on my skin, unlike other places I have been. They also have lots of techs that speak very good English, so that was nice as well. Terrible. I will never go back here. I have never gotten such a bad manicure. Shellac all over my fingers. Not evenly applied so the nails look lumpy. And they charge $30.75 when everywhere else I've been only charges $25. Read Less

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!I have had a mani/pedi and eyebrow waxing done here twice. I tried this salon out to find somewhere more convenient to go to. I had a good experience the first time I went, but the 2nd time I had different technician wax my eyebrows and they turned out uneven. I thought it would take just a few seconds to line them up more closely. So I went back and asked (politely) that it be corrected and I experienced a rude greeter and an indifferent owner. Although it was not like this the first time, it should not matter what day you go. Good customer service should be everyday. So on this day they had a problem with me from the git go.No one said sorry and I was treated like I had done something wrong. I gave my receipt so they could verify I had been there and I had spent almost $60 including a nice tip in their shop. Another lady who came out and corrected my eyebrows, I found out it was the owner, seemed irritated so I asked if they stand behind their services (still politely with calm voice) because most businesses try to work with their customers. The owner said she did not want to do this service over and over again and it would be best I not come back again. Are you kidding me. Really? I was only there once. She also said that they have not had a problem in 4 years and maybe it was me. Who says this? I was not planning to have them do the eyebrow waxing again, since it seemed more like a skill issue and I can go elsewhere to have it done properly, because it also took my time and gas to go back over there, but the mani/pedi was done good, although more expensive than at my former salon. I was floored and am extremely disappointed by the owner's response and there is no way I will return to this salon after being treated like this. I guess a salon can work for you, but don't ever have a problem or the owner will tell you, you're the problem. I absolutely do not recommend. Please, find another salon to go to. Read Less

I've been a regular loyal customer since they opened three or so years ago.  Very low staff turn over.  Staff is friendly and hard working.  Very clean - very important in a nail salon!  Locally owned.  Highly recommend the hot stone pedicure. Read Less

I use to live in FW and this was my favorite spa place to go to. The staff was very friendly and always got me in and out. They spoke English and offered beverages. I love this place because the places were affordable and is the cleanest shop in town! Read Less
