This place is AMAZING!!! My first time here & I chose Crystal from reviews I'd read & she was AWESOME. Very personable & professional & she took a lot of time with me. The neck, head & shoulder massage with lavender oil before the cut was a fantastic pamper & I was so relaxed & comfortatable! My haircut looks incredible & I'm SO happy with it! Salon was welcoming as this was my first visit. My cut was perfect! Love it! But the pressured upsale on extra treatments and product left me very overwhelmed and anxious. I've brought my daughters here a few times and every person we have had do their pedis has been so great with the kids, really friendly, patient and they'll paint little seasonal pictures or flowers on their toes if you ask. She listens well to what you want and has lots of great tips--she advises on products without any hard sell. They give hand & arm massages when you get color, head massages, eye masks & warm towels when you get shampooed, and a free brow wax on your first visit. Love this place!  I dread finding a new salon after moving to a new place, but was so very pleasantly surprised to find a winner on my first try.  Their hours are great.  My stylist does such a wonderful job and I really enjoy going there and catching up with her each time.  There have been times when I am the last client in there at night, and never once have I felt rushed.  The neck and shoulder massage in the beginning and eye pillow during washing and conditioning are so relaxing.  If you're looking for a new place to get your fancy on, this is it! I went to The Loft for the first time and had an AMAZING experience! The receptionist was beyond friendly and welcoming and my stylist, Megan Rose, did an outstanding job! She made me feel comfortable and went out of her way to make sure we were on the same page for my color and style. I appreciated the time she took to really address my hesitations with coloring my hair. Megan Rose also took the time to show me how she styled my hair so when I got home I could actually replicated it (such a frustration when you get a great style but have no idea how to do it later!) I have been going to The Loft for a few years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about this salon. From the friendly staff to the awesome talent. I went in to Sara for a botched hair cut I had received from a different salon and she fixed it up so beautifully it was like it never happened. During that visit I also wanted my hair to match a "Russet Red" color. Sara went above and beyond my expectations. The color turned out just like the picture! I go there for my hair and eyebrows. And every visit is always amazing. The receptionist, Rylee, is such a sweetheart and immediately makes you feel welcomed. I always refer people to this salon. They never disappoint. I just moved to Fort Wayne a couple months ago and I was terrified to go somewhere here to get my hair done (been loyal to my hairdresser for 8 yrs). I found this place in Yelp and decided to give it a shot. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered a drink. When my hairdresser, Emily, came out, she gave me a tour of the place (amazing!) and explained all the services that they offer. Everything started with an amazing head and neck massage, I've never had this done at a salon before. She then proceeded to wash my hair while massaging my scalp. I got a complimentary eyebrow wax for being a first time customer, and I requested to get my sideburns done as well; she was very quick and skilled, no pain at all. My best friend and I go here all the time. We get compliments on our nails all the time and we always refer them to the salon. Our nails stay on for a month easily. I just recently moved to Fort Wayne and saw that The Loft was right near my apartment. I decided to try it out. It was definitely well worth it! They work on a scale based on the experience/education of the stylist, so I'm not entirely sure whether all stylists are reasonably priced. Mine definitely was! I paid $35 for a haircut and since it was my first time in, I got an eyebrow wax for free! You definitely get your money's worth and more! I was given a pre-haircut head, neck and shoulder massage with essential oils, a lovely head massage during shampooing, and my stylist was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and really cared about giving me the haircut I wanted.
