Horrible customer service!!!! Made an appt with the nail tech for 4:45. When I showed up at 4:40, he was in the middle of a client's nails. I waited.. Then at 5:05, he finished with that client and took another customer. When I asked why I wasn't next and how long it would be, he told me they got behind and it would be another twenty minutes.... On top of the 25 minutes I already waited.....This would have been nice to know when I walked in the door. At this point I left since I had other plans, and could not afford for any more of my time to be wasted. I have other friends that stopped going there because of the same kind of experience, so this is obviously common practice for them. Not sure then what exactly the point of scheduling an appointment is....but I will never be going there again. If they cannot honor appointments or make them priority, then they should start taking walk-ins only. That would surely be better than disrespecting their clients. Read Less

This is a charming, fun salon. Everyone does a great job and treats all of the clients like family. Highly recommend. The two employees who serviced me had a very limited understanding of English which caused confusion about what I wanted and what were the charges. Demanded payment before my nails were completely dry which caused polish to smear when I was getting my money. Unfortunately I didn't notice until after I got home. I will not go there again. My nails are completely uneven. She said i wanted gel when i never said that. She shaved my nail so thin i has to jerk my hand away. Definetly not going back. If you had the same problems and need a recommendation sarahs nail art is very good and they speak good english. Read Less

Purchased a ticket at a youth event and earned a gift certificate only to be told it expires 3 weeks prior and they won't honor it. To boot took over 2 weeks to get in touch with the owner. Come try out this gem hidden in the Coldwater Plaza, right across the street from Walmart. If you want a bang for your buck this is your place! Honestly, you could not ask for better service. My favorite person is Gina. Being able to do my nails pretty well myself, I am extremely picky and want my services to be perfect. I have never had a problem with her work. Tam(Tom) and Gina are the best in town! This place is clean and organized. It's a decent sized place. They have 6 pedicure chairs and 7 nails station enough for groups like bridal parties. They do accept walk ins but weekends can be busy. I would recommend making appointments if you want to come on a weekend to prevent a long wait. They are decently priced with excellent service.
