I was very disappointed. My mother and I had appointments for 6:00. My pedicure was started at 6:15, unfortunately it wasn't worth getting. The whole thing felt rushed. It was so rushed that she didn't get all the dead skin off, and the callous that I have on my big toe was barely touched. At 6:40 I was done , and my mom never even had hers started. Everyone seemed really nice when I walked in. My nail tech 'Lisa' in chair 8 was not so friendly. She barely talked the entire time. I was getting an acrylic fill and wanted white tops, and she told me no and I needed to pick a color. She never asked how I wanted them shaped or if I needed them trimmed down. They look decent from a distance but up close you can see a lot of imperfections such as acrylic on my cuticles. I was going to ask for someone else to fix them but I had already been there an hour and a half. She was also very rough always tugging and twisting my hands. I have been getting my nails done a very long time and never experienced someone so rough. I have been there before and had good experiences though. They are always steady and it is somewhat cramped. I went in on a Sunday and got a new full set. By Wednesday, they were lifting up at the corners of several fingers. I called them and they agreed to fix them. However, when I got there, they only wanted to fix 3 nails when most of them looked bad. She said it was normal for that after a few days. I usually only get them done every 3 weeks or a bit longer. The staff and pedicurists were friendly and communicative.The location is near the Jefferson Pointe mall and is in a strip of businesses. Asked for a gel manicure, as I sat the I realized that I did not receive the same treatment as those around me. Offered a drink, soaked my nails before starting or after it was done asked if I like my service. Which was not good. One of my fingers looks like I did it when I was five. The detail they can do on even small nails is amazing! I splurged (and it wasn't even a big splurge) for Disney designs and couldn't believe the detail of Mickey & Minnie done freehand. A nice relaxing indulgence at an affordable price. The massage chairs really make you feel like you're at a spa. The owner is super nice and greets everyone like you're a VIP. Some techs are more careful than others. But overall, a great experience that can even be enhanced with a glass of wine (offered for a small addition). Read Less

Went in for a gel polish manicure and wasn't happy with the nail tech or my nails. Not my usual place but went in for a girls night. The nail tech was not polite for one second. She didn't listen to anything I asked for. I don't like my nails to be buffed or excessive use of cuticle nippers. She did both. She even filed my skin abrasively. My nails were crooked and I made her aware but she didn't try to make it right. Wouldn't go back. I give it 2 stars because the rest of the group was happy and the owner was kind.       The nail tech in the red apron gave service against State Board and needs a vacation. Read Less

I have always had pleasant experiences at Queen Nails. I mean what girl doesn't want to get their nails done and drink a mimosa at the same time!?The salon is always busy, but they do their best to get you in as soon as possible. I never have to make an appointment beforehand. It is clean and the staff is mostly friendly. I love that they have different pedicure options and you can go all-out if you want. I've been getting my toes done forever. I left my usual place that charged 35 for a deluxe peducure with gel polish. I'm at Queen nails. They want $45 for a REGULAR pedicure with gel polish. I thought that was so outrageous that I had her to ask to make sure that was right; It was. I declined to pay that. She's taking my old gel polish off and proceeds to tell me I will be charged $5 for taking off my gel polish. Nickle and dime ya to death. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Read Less

Definitely just found my all time favorite salon! This was my first time going so here is my impression. Super clean, very welcoming vibe, everyone smiled at me as soon as I walked into the door and immediately Rosy(the owner) asked me how I was and then asked what I wanted to do. I wasn't sure what I wanted but she was super helpful. Once we got started, normally at other salons they rush through it to get done but this time was different. She took her time and did not rush at all which was perfect! Because when other salons do rush they tend to get the fake nail crooked and it just doesn't feel like they're doing a good job. All my nails are even, straight and to top it all off, Rosy told me she was blessed to have me come in. She's super sweet and from now on, I'll definitely be coming back to the salon and to Rozy. Super impressed! Salon is clean, updated and the decor is serene. Rosie took off my acrylic nails (painlessly and quickly) and did a shellac manicure. $30. She speaks great English, calls you by name and knows what good customer service is. Great attention to detail! Great sense of style. I have gone to Queen Nails a few times now, and each time it gets better and better. I usually just get a classic pedicure. Service is always friendly but this last time it was top notch. Kim (I believe) was AMAZING! I came in 30 minutes before they closed on a weekday and there were still a few people around. It got down to being just me in there and she didn't rush one bit. She actually did more than any of the other nail techs have done in the past. I didn't walk out until 35 minutes past closing time and the last three people in there working were still so nice and insisted I stay the full time under the dryer.
