The service and results itself came out amazing ! However, the staff and lack of communication is what causes the rating. First time customer and had no greeting or welcome. My appointment was about twenty mins behind schedule and was not informed about who it would be with nor acknowledged of the delay. Also, before, during, and after the appointment was finished, I was not informed on how the service is performed nor about the after-care from my tech or staff.... The results of the service were beautiful. Therefore I am hoping the next visit will be a step up and I will be giving it another try ! Mehr anzeigen

I never had nails that would stay strong and not break. Since I have been going to Nail Fashion Update, I have my own nails and they are strong and they don't peal back in layers. I love my natural healthy nails. No Acrylic that hurt your nails either. This salon promotes your own nail growth -and it is all Healthy !! I would not go anywhere else. Terri Babcock

I just had my nails done for the first time at NFU, and I must say, I really enjoyed the experience. It was amazing to finally find somewhere that actually works with your natural nails and doesn't try to sell you products that will harm your nails. I would go back in a second. Thanks!

I never had nails that would stay strong and not break. Since I have been going to Nail Fashion Update, I have my own nails and they are strong and they don't peal back in layers.
