I've tried many different salons, including the "best", high priced ones. I'm extremely picky and expect to get what I pay for. I read these reviews and 99% of them talk about the wait time. It's simple, if you don't want perfection go to the fast lane, it's a guarantee you will pop a nail off or get mold under them.(personal experience talking) The fast lane shops cost me a lot of money!!!. Jenni is hands down a creator of perfection. As a business owner myself I understand the method to her madness! So go in, kick back, and put down your phone. The wait is long. Only have 2 employees and they have limited skill on designs. I'm more of a natural person but this was the most uncomfortable experience ever. I had my first experience at Venus Avani today, and it was fabulous! The salon and spa are absolutely gorgeous and Phil did an incredible 90 minute massage! I have to say, I will be a long time customer ever since I saw the list of "ingredients to avoid" in the quiet waiting room. You had me at hello!! I wish more people realized the importance of what they put on their skin and scalp! It is even more important than the food you eat since the largest organ your body has is your skin and it does not have the ability to detoxify like your body can when you eat. Randi did an AMAZING job on my hair, she is an adorable spunky little thing and graciously listened and asked questions to ensure I was getting the cut (transformation) I envisioned.
