Awe.. Thank you again Becky and her staff for such a relaxing day. I have been with Merle Norman for many years. I followed them from the mall to their new location and I have used all of the wonderful services they provide. I just left there yesterday and on my way home I thought I've never given a review before anywhere but feeling so good about my experience I thought I owed it to this wonderful establishment to do something good for them for making my day so wonderful and making me feel so pretty. My services were a Mani & pedi along with a facial and BEAUTIFUL lashes applied. The lash experience was a first for me but I thought what the heck I deserve it. I have to say I am hooked. This past week i had the privilege to meet Becky Shannon the owner of Merle Norman. One of my dear friends passed away and as a stylist myself, I was in need of a wig for my friend to style her for the viewing. This was very last minute and when I arrived at Luxe spa I was so happy to have met Becky and have her help me find just the right wig I needed. I was able to cut and style it and it looked so close to what my friends hair looked like. Nothing is going to be perfec...t in these situations, but It was pretty darn close. Becky was so kind and giving. She even shared with me some makeup that I could use for a touch up if I needed it and I did. The people were very nice, but my eyelash extensions turned into a nightmare. She glued the lashes to my skin and it hurts to blink. Again she was very nice and I feel bad leaving a bad review but for the safety of others lashes and eyeballs be careful of cheap eyelash extensions. It was my own fault for wanting to get a good deal. The lashes are just not done properly. I have to find another place to remove them asap. Read Less

The owner is horrible! The girl who did my eyelash extensions tried her best but she used too much glue, that she spent an hour trying to remove lashes for one eye and it irrated my eye and not to mentioned pulled my own lashes so I had her stop and I wanted to leave but the owner decides that they are fine and that I need to be charged for there time? Ha! I was in shock! She was so rued and would not listen to what I had to say! I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone! I have to say it was very obvious that my person did not want to do a pedicure in the least (trying a manipedi). very pouty. it was possibly the worst manicure possible, I had to remove it when I got home, what a mess! the people who work there were extremely unprofessional, conversations on a personal level and pushing their own agenda, to the point of handing out business cards that had nothing to do with Merle Norman! There was no one in charge and that was painfully obvious, no one to greet you at the door at all, and some disagreement over who should ring up and accept our money.
