I would like to shout out Lee and Luis!! Lee did my nails yesterday and Luis did my moms and we both love how they came out. The service at this place is fantastic!!! All the people there are super friendly and make sure you leave loving what they did. I got coffin nails but don’t like them too long and Lee did them perfectly and I’m in love with how they came out. I highly recommend this place! I went here recently for a full set and pedicure. My pedicure was great. The man who did it was friendly, really put in work, and listened to what I wanted. My manicure, on the other hand, was done by someone else and VERY rushed, VERY sloppy. I'll post pics in the comments. She skipped some pretty important steps, like checking to see the nails on each hand were the same. My thumbs and middle fingers are completely different shapes from each other. Some are more round. Some ...are more pointed. I even showed her a picture of the shape I wanted, but that didn't help. She didn't touch my cuticles or any of the dry skin that manicurists usually snip off. Some of the nails, the acrylic is budging/bubbling under the tip. Using the drill to smooth the underside was something she skipped. A few times I tried to point out the inconsistencies to her, she didn't seem to care to fix it. I'm kind of timid and it would have upset me to have to fight about it, plus the mani/pedi was a gift to me so I just said forget it. I'll get them fixed elsewhere. RUSHED!! They switched me over to some lady who did not say one word to me. She pulled my hands and was being very rude. She even cut two of my fingers with the drill. My nails aren’t straight. I got gold color and they are transparent she did not do enough coats. I will never go here again!!! Read Less

I came here for the first time last week and had asked the woman doing my nails for a full set with gel. She then put my tips on and started taking out powder dip. I said no I don’t want that and she said yes get this and I Reluctantly went along with it. At first I was satisfied with my nails but then when my nail broke 2 days later and I went to get it repaired they put a completely different color my one nail. I am so dissatisfied with this plans definitely will not be returning. Don’t bully your customers into getting something they do not want. Read Less

Been coming here repeatedly for years and always enjoy the service. My girls had their nails done before going back to school. Oldest's turned brownish- yellow next day. You fixed them right up (thank you) but now my youngest turned today? We aren't doing anything different. Never happened before. Looks awful. Read Less

My person was nice enough, but the pedicure I got was definitely not worth the money and not the least bit sanitary. I watched how they barely sprayed something after my pedi and re-filled the tub without scrubbing or anything for the next customer - disgusting!! I won't be returning, nor will I be recommending this place to anyone. Read Less
