Just left the shop 2 hours ago- I paid $14 to have my nails painted, left a $3 tip AND 5 OF MY NAILS ARE ALREADY CHIPPED. Wow. Never going back. What a waste of $.

I will say everyone there was extremely nice and pleasant.

This nail salon gave me fungus. Nail art on bluffton Rd is soooo much better. She takes her time and is very professional. Her nails last a long time and never comes off or breaks.

My trip there today wasn't perfect, they were unable to give pedicures because the hot water was off, etc. But the staff apologized, did an excellent job on my full set and gave me a discount for the trouble which I greatly appreciated!

Asked for the first picture with an Almond shape, They said they could do that and I ended up with the second picture. Its alright just not what I asked for. I'd say they forgot but I asked not only the person when I walked in but the tech who set me up, the tech who did my toes and the tech who did my fingers.
Back at the Hotel an hour and my nail just broke Grrrr.

BEST nail salon in Fort Wayne. It's a bit of a drive for me to get there but it's worth it. They agree with everything you say and won't force you to do anything you don't want to do. They make an effort to make you feel comfortable and they are always nice and friendly along with smiles no matter how busy they are. The nails also turn out flawless and when acrylics fall off your fingernails don't look filed down as much as other places. I LOVE A1 and there's no other place I would go

This is my go-to spot for getting a fill, pedi and/or gel polish. Kelly is my preferred tech as she is personable and can slay when it comes to designs and shaping. She rocks! They are clean, prompt with appointments, friendly and have a great selection of gel polishes. The one downside is that they occasionally open late without fore notice. A fill, cut down, and 3 designs cost me $25 today.

I entered the salon on a whim. They were fairly busy but sat me immediately and had a "helper" sand down and cut my nails. Then a male technician came over to do the rest. I asked for a full set of...
I entered the salon on a whim. They were fairly busy but sat me immediately and had a "helper" sand down and cut my nails. Then a male technician came over to do the rest. I asked for a full set of gel nails. He had two of the girls working with him observe him as he worked and he explained what he was doing to them as he went along so I assumed this man knew what he was doing since he was teaching. He did an OK job however I noticed a few of my nails were crooked and pointed this out to him. He then explained that he followed the natural path of my nails. I understand what he's saying, but I'm paying you $35 + a tip to put on FAKE nails. If I wanted imperfections I would have just painted my own. He did listen when I asked him to fix the problem. It was very frustrating. I tipped him anyway but I won't be going back. If he was the teacher I would hate to see the work of the other employees.

BEST nail salon in Fort Wayne. It's a bit of a drive for me to get there but it's worth it. They agree with everything you say and won't force you to do anything you don't want to do. They make an effort to make you feel comfortable and they are always nice and friendly along with smiles no matter how busy they are. The nails also turn out flawless and when acrylics fall off your fingernails don't look filed down as much as other places. I LOVE A1 and there's no other place I would go

This is my go-to spot for getting a fill, pedi and/or gel polish. Kelly is my preferred tech as she is personable and can slay when it comes to designs and shaping. She rocks! They are clean, prompt with appointments, friendly and have a great selection of gel polishes. The one downside is that they occasionally open late without fore notice. I entered the salon on a whim. They were fairly busy but sat me immediately and had a "helper" sand down and cut my nails. Then a male technician came over to do the rest. I asked for a full set of gel nails. He had two of the girls working with him observe him as he worked and he explained what he was doing to them as he went along so I assumed this man knew what he was doing since he was teaching.
