I am editing my review instead of deleting because I have no problem admitting when I made too quick of a judgement. I was contacted via Facebook from the owner with an apology and an offer to redo my nails. I went in today and my nails look great, everyone was very friendly and I was even thanked for giving them another opportunity. I was only officially charged once for the service, the other charge is in pending and will come off Monday. I applaud the salon for making it right and treating me well while I was there, that customer service is rare these days.
I regret giving this place another try. I went a couple of years ago and ended up with an infection. I saw it was under new management and had a few different people tell me how great it was now, so I decided to try it again. My polish has jagged edges and one of my cuticles was bleeding. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was told my first card I used didn't go through (it's a PayPal card and I have been having trouble with it) so I gave them my debit card. As soon as I got to my car, I received my e mail receipt from PayPal showing that the transaction did go through. I went back inside and showed them the e mailed receipt and they still argued that it didn't go through. The lady I was dealing with was nice, but I didn't like leaving knowing I had been charged twice and would get a call tomorrow after she ran her reports. The people are very friendly but I am not at all impressed with my manicure, a rare treat that I gave myself for getting through another semester of school. What should have been a relaxing, pampering experience turned into more stress and made me get back to work late from my lunch break. I am really dissatisfied and will not be going back.

I have engagement pictures coming up and instead of going to my regular salon, I came here. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I had to shape my nails myself, the lady got paint on my hands and had to peel it off pulling my skin. Not only am I incredibly upset, she had the nerve to try and charge me more than what it should have been. Now, I have to go out of my way to another salon to have them fix her mistake. If I could give a zero rating, I wouldn't hesitate.

I have been here so many times but will never go back. I was sitting out in car talking on the phone when I noticed a male worker outside at the front door. I thought he was trying to finish a cigarette before going in, but sadly that is not what was happening. I watched him pick his nose three times and each time wiping it on the brick column in front of the building. I quickly left and went next door to French Tips, but they ended up ripping me off and charging me for a service I didn't request. Is there any honest, clean, and professional place to actually get your nails done??!! I am beginning to wonder!

Haven't been here in awhile & the new decor is nice. But the services I purchased were not ... rough edges, crooked lines & big gaps of no paint above cuticles. I've been getting my nails done for 30years and know a good job from a bad. They didn't even help get you out of the pedi chair or put temp flip flops on for you to leave. And as ladies were handling this themselves, the girl at the desk just kept surfing her phone. I'd give no star if possible.

I have been going to Diva for the last three years. They consistently do an outstanding job. Diva has literally hundreds to nail colors to select from. I'm extremely picky about the quality of a manicure or pedicure. Diva really cares about the quality and making their customers happy. They use quality products and really care about their customers. I highly recommend this shop.

I have been going to Diva Nail salon for many years and have always been very pleased with the quality of service. I regulary have a gel manicure with Tracy who is excellent. Every 4 to 6 weeks I get a pedi and have had different staff do them. Never disappointed!
The salon is clean, comfortable and well designed. Diva Nails is a great place and I highly recommend it!

My daughter has prom coming and with my schedule at work and everything else going on they stayed open late and made her feel like a princess. They did her nails and both our toes. We got a special pedicure that included a glass of wine. I must say ever dime spent was worth it to see the smile on my daughters face. Heaven Godard they look amazing and I can't wait to see you all dolled up for Prom. As for the girls who attended to us thank you so much again for all you did. I highly recommend this place.

I've been to Diva Nails several times in the past few years. I was impressed last time. But this time was a horrid experience the nail technician was rude and wouldn't even try to develop a rapport. It was apparent she didn't want to be there and was disgusted to have to serve me in this way. She didn't have me wash my nails prior to administering the shellac (which 2 days later is peeling off both thumbs have peeled off.) This is ridiculous when you pay a pretty good fee and this is the service you get. I think I'll stick to Nail Concepts on Charlestown Rd or the nail salon in Salem.

I am editing my review instead of deleting because I have no problem admitting when I made too quick of a judgement. I was contacted via Facebook from the owner with an apology and an offer to redo my nails. I went in today and my nails look great, everyone was very friendly and I was even thanked for giving them another opportunity. I was only officially charged once for the service, the other charge is in pending and will come off Monday. I have been here so many times but will never go back. I was sitting out in car talking on the phone when I noticed a male worker outside at the front door. I've been getting my nails done for 30years and know a good job from a bad. They didn't even help get you out of the pedi chair or put temp flip flops on for you to leave. And as ladies were handling this themselves, the girl at the desk just kept surfing her phone. I'd give no star if possible.

My daughter has prom coming and with my schedule at work and everything else going on they stayed open late and made her feel like a princess. They did her nails and both our toes. We got a special pedicure that included a glass of wine. I must say ever dime spent was worth it to see the smile on my daughters face. Heaven Godard they look amazing and I can't wait to see you all dolled up for Prom. As for the girls who attended to us thank you so much again for all you did. I highly recommend this place.

I've been to Diva Nails several times in the past few years. I was impressed last time. But this time was a horrid experience the nail technician was rude and wouldn't even try to develop a rapport. It was apparent she didn't want to be there and was disgusted to have to serve me in this way.
