I've been here several times and I have mixed feelings. Pros: Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Usually able to walk-in and have little to no waiting time.
Now the reasons I won't return here and only am giving two stars. Staff issues--there is one lady there who has twice now kept trying to upsell to me the entire time I was there (for both a manicure and pedicure). I kept saying no to the gel polish because it ruins my nails, and kept meeting resistance. I don't know if there is a language barrier there, but I also felt some of her comments were insulting. Also they do not have a good system in place for payments. They mixed up the tabs when I was in there last Saturday and they ended up charging my friend twice and charged a young girl for my services (which were twice more expensive than what she owed) and to my knowledge they did nothing to track her down and rectify the situation. I think they mean well, and I do appreciate the workers there that I've seen who are professional and kind. However I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I like this place. The staff is always friendly, and they're usually staffed well...I'm always a walk-in and I never have to wait long which is a plus.

I like this place. The staff is always friendly, and they're usually staffed well...I'm always a walk-in and I never have to wait long which is a plus.
Their new spot in Fishers station too is fantastic, the decor is relaxing and clean.
I've had a good experience every time I've been here, which is 4 times now.
I've never done a pedicure there yet, but I've done nails.
Just did the dip in gel nails for the first time and I LOVE them. They make my nails feel thicker too which is nice since normally they're thin and break easily.
The colors are great and there are tons of options. I just did the purple "Professor Plum" and I LOVE IT
I'd recommend them.

This place is absolutely wonderful! It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was so kind and welcoming unlike many salons I've been too. They offered me and the other guests a beverage (coke, Diet Coke, water, sprite). My tech, K, was so sweet and really took the time to make my nails look amazing. At one point there was a tiny fuzz on my nail that I didn't even notice and she completely took the polish off and started over. I have been to so many places where they have over looked something like that. Now the interior of this salon is fairly new since they moved locations (in the same plaza). It has a fresh and very modern look.

The Nail Studio in Fishers is the only nail salon I go to for a number of reasons but the most important to me is their attention to sanitary practices. As a nurse practitioner this is of the utmost importance to me. In the past I got a nail fungus from another establishment that reused nail files, I will not make that mistake again! The Nail Studio uses new files on each customer and autoclaves all of their metal tools. The staff is always professional and very welcoming! My nails look great for weeks, much longer than other nail places! Their new salon is BEAUTIFUL and relaxing. You can't go wrong at the Nail Studio!!

Pretty impressed with this place. Beautiful look and decor, a spa feel, very nice employees, and I really like how clean they are their process. I came here because I was in the area, but, it's not too far out of my way to come back regularly. Plus, I walked in at 530 and got my pedicure started right away.

I stopped here for my first time today with my grandma and was pleasantly surprised. She comes here all the time and had wonderful things to say so I figured it was about time I check it out myself. The two women working Lee and Ann were so friendly and knew her by name. Their service was phenomenal. Not only were they so friendly, but also very efficient and detail oriented. I absolutely loved their suggestions and the work they did! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spruce up their nails!

This is the best nail salon in the area. The prices are the lowest and the salon itself is very clean. The workers are always very friendly and do a great job! I get my gel manicures done here -- $25 and they literally stay perfect for three weeks. I just went a few days ago and Liz did a great job! Highly recommend.

Excellent work and service! I brought my mother for some mother-daughter quality time. We both had pedicures and I had a gel manicure. Liz did my pedi-mani. Best French gel manicure I have had in a long time. I love how my hands sparkle. Nails have lasted for over 3 weeks. I came back for a second pedicure. They even have complimentary wine, which was a delight! Request Liz!

All I have to say- cleanliness was WAY below par. Unacceptable and absolutely atrocious. Service was fine, nails were average. My nail tech was chewing his nails and throwing them on the floor. No thank you. Not to mention, the bowl he used to soak my hands in was dirty and it made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the utensils he was using. Would not recommend, there's too many nail salons around the area to choose one with below standard cleanliness.

As with most nail salons, its all about timing. I had my timing right today. I walked in picked my polishes for hands and feet. I was immediately seated in a pedi chair and he got to work. As time passed, more walk-ins filled the salon. So the later in the afternoon, I would call and get an appointment or be prepared to wait @ least 15 minutes depending on the service.The shop is clean and there is a wall of polishes to pick from you pick a color range with rows of varying hues. I love a little glitter, and they have many glitter polish options. I also had a full set done which is best I have had. They are the perfect length and thickness. I will be back for fills and pedis.

This salon was opened by the same group that owns American Nails nearby- a very nice and hard-working family. I've been going to American Nails regularly for several years with good results. This new nail salon has all new equipment including glass pedicure bowls at the base of each pedicure chair-fancy! The people there are very nice and friendly. They speak reasonably good to very good English, so communication is not a barrier. Their tools are clean, although I'd prefer to see them keep their cuticle nippers in something like Barbasol on their stations-I never like to see them just put back in their drawer. All in all, a nice group of more mature workers (rather than kids) who know their business and do it well.

I stopped here for my first time today with my grandma and was pleasantly surprised. She comes here all the time and had wonderful things to say so I figured it was about time I check it out myself. I get my gel manicures done here -- $25 and they literally stay perfect for three weeks. I just went a few days ago and Liz did a great job! Highly recommend.
