I saw Jackee Green and I have mixed feelings. I made the appointment online stating I had color treated hair but I wanted blonde and red highlights on top and a hair cut. At the appointment she didn’t have time for all of that so we had to split into two. First appointment she recommended blonde highlights which turned out great! Two weeks later I came back and she put in red highlights and more blonde at the same time. When she rinsed them out the red bled onto the blonde and I had only red left. Two washes later I’d call my hair a striking pink, with one small piece of almost blonde peeking through. I would recommend appointments during the week and stoning with one color instead of trying two. I can’t comment on her hair cutting skills though because I never did get a cut.

Love love this place! My stylist Sakura is a rockstar and always makes our whole family feel comfortable and confident in her service.
Have recommended several friends and will many more here!

This place is great. Walk ins are OK but I always make an appointment. Each stylist has their own room to perform services. Some lofts have hair care/color specialists, some do nails, massage, body waxing - it just depends on the stylist and the location. There are maps at each entrance that show what services are available and from which loft.

One star is one too many. Had a 10 am appointment for my son with Cassandra Stone. She never showed, called, or answered my call to let me know she wasn't going to come. Now I am scrambling to find time in our busy day to get an appointment with someone more reliable.

Great atmosphere. My stylist is amazing! She listens to what I want and offers suggestions of what she thinks I may like! But she always nails it!

I've been to two "stylists" at this location and they were both terrible. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.
I would particularly steer clear of Brittany Allen. The first time she did my highlight...

I would particularly steer clear of Brittany Allen. The first time she did my highlights they looked great. The second time I spent over $90 on a partial to come back with entire sections of my head she missed that still had massive roots (see photo taken just a week after my appointment) I texted her and she agreed to retouch it, yet she cancelled the appointments I set and made no attempt to reschedule. It was sloppy work at best and very unprofessional.

I was not happy at all I said can u color the dark more because it was to light she said no I don't have time today u can come back next time whatever I'm not coming back never I did confront her about this I wanted to pay half price she said no we talk about this I give u what u wanted no u did not if a client is not happy u need to take care of them right away she took the full price she was not nice enough I will let u pay half she's snobby to me ...all these stylist just want to take our money and we r not happy... All she said I want u to come back hello if u want me too come back u need to care of my hair needs I walked out un happy and she knew it
Please beware of this stylist if aren't happy money comes first to her our hair needs don't
She's snobby also.... She asked me who did my hair before well I'm telling the truth the stylist that I went to done way better job
I hope u y'all get what u pay for I'm so unhappy I had to put out more money to fix this mess up she cut my hair uneven
My hair looks alot better now after I had to go to another stylist!!

I saw Jackee Green and I have mixed feelings. I made the appointment online stating I had color treated hair but I wanted blonde and red highlights on top and a hair cut. At the appointment she didn’t have time for all of that so we had to split into two. First appointment she recommended blonde highlights which turned out great! Two weeks later I came back and she put in red highlights and more blonde at the same time. When she rinsed them out the red bled onto the blonde and I had only red left. Two washes later I’d call my hair a striking pink, with one small piece of almost blonde peeking through. I would recommend appointments during the week and stoning with one color instead of trying two. I can’t comment on her hair cutting skills though because I never did get a cut.

This place is great. Walk ins are OK but I always make an appointment. Each stylist has their own room to perform services.
