After Diva Nails was bought out by the new owners of Polished I decided to stick with the place.  The location is very convenient for me.  I am very glad I stuck with it.  The same owners run Da Vinci Nails as well.  If you are familiar with that place this one is very similar right down to the adorable pink butterfly pedicure stations for the little ones.  The salon is beautiful and the owner, Andrew, is always professional and accommodating.  I've had several different nail techs as I don't make an appointment with one particular tech and so far all 3 have been great (Tony, Kim and Jessy).  I typically get a gel manicure which lasts at least 3 weeks or more.  Great experience every time!! I travel to Indy for work every month and this is the go to nail salon.The workers are all great, everyone is so nice and welcoming. Their work is excellent and they do not rush through my gel mani-pedi like other salons I have been to. Another plus is that the salon is spotless! Came here to get my nails done with my daughter and if I had to sum it up in one word it would be WOW! Such a friendly staff; they were very helpful and patient with my daughter.  The decor is beautiful, but even more important to me was the cleanliness of the place.  I was asked what I'd like done (gel mani pedi/square shape) and got exactly that. My husband and I are in Fishers from Los Angeles for a wedding. During our flight I noticed the husband's hands were not so presentable from his job as a contractor. My friend and I stopped in for a mani/pedi to prepare for her wedding. I got a pedicure, which turned out well. My friend got a full set with French tips and the nail tech cut her fingers with the drill leaving open sores around the nails. Oddly, it was worse on her left hand... the hand she would be getting pictures taken of on her wedding day (2 days later). We asked them what to do about this, but they had really no solution... not even a discount off the bill. Prior to receiving the service we did not inform them that we were there for pre-wedding prep, but that shouldn't have mattered. The same level of service should apply no matter who you are or why you're there.Other than that, the decor and atmosphere is beautiful. Read Less

I visited this spa for a pedicure last week. The spa was very professional and timely. The lady who did my pedicure used a metal file to scrap on my heal. She did not asked just used it and was very aggressive with it. She scraped so hard that I had a painful sore on my foot, it got so infected I had to go to the doctor because of it. Michael does the best gel manicures! He takes his time to prep your hands and the gels last forever. I do not usually get my nails done regularly but after seeing how long they last I've made it a regular task. I refuse to go anywhere else for a gel manicure after being so satisfied with his work.Read Less
