I am very sorry to say that this was likely the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. 2 hours for a basic mani/pedi. I have only been home an hour and a half and the polish has already started peeling off my nails. The technician seemed extremely inexperienced. First he let the foot bath water run all over the floor. No massage, just a swipe of lotion on my legs. He was going to finish my pedicure and take me to the manicure without even putting nail polish on my toes. I had no cuticle soak before the manicure. It took him nearly 20 minutes to trim my cuticles which are thin and soft.He did not clean the nails after applying lotion to my hands, hence why the polish is coming off after washing my hands just over an hour later. There were only two employees in the salon and with one being so slow and inexperienced it was a very long wait for others as well. Never again. Read Less

First time visiting this nail salon and I am beyond impressed. I loved it so much. I met the owners and they were so professional, nice and did a great job. I got a pedicure and showed up a little later than I should and they were so accommodating. The salon is beautiful they did a wonderful job decorating. I felt so comfortable going there. Everything was clean and sterilized. The scrub and massage was so relaxing. They offered me water and snacks and made sure I was pampered the whole time.
