Well never go back! Got a deluxe pedicure and while the girl clipped the corner of my big toenails, she ripped the skin along the sides all the way back to the cuticle. I told her it hurt and she said “it will feel better”. I did not have ingrown nails and if I did she is not a doctor or have the right to rip them out! The inside of it is very nice. They have a lot of nail stations stations. They also offer wine which is definitely a plus. I have gotten my nails down here a couple time. I normally get gel nails. Each time I have gotten my gel nails, they were beautiful but seemed to peel after about 4-5 days. 4 days after I got my nails done here, my thumb nail started peel on the edges. I ended up just peeling the rest off because my hair would get caught in it. It has been a week & all of my nail are peeling. I also got a pedicure and they did a really good job. I got regular polish on my toes and they still look great. I am going to try them out 1 more time, but will try the dip powder. Overall I enjoyed my experience but was not a fan of their gel polish. I went to Nail Bar this past weekend after my friend told me I had to try this place. I was greeted upon arrival and was in HEAVEN at their polish selection. They have every color under the sun, it's truly impressive. I was seated and about 12-15 minutes later someone finally came to the table to take care of me. While I am really happy with my nails, one thing happened that I need to mention. Four fingers on my right hand were cut due to her filing way too intensely. I have deep cuts that have started to scab finally but it is extremely painful. She felt very bad but I didn't get a discount or anything which I think I should have if I am leaving this place with open cuts on my fingers. I do think it was truly a mistake and she was very apologetic but it's something to be wary about for the next time. I would definitely go back but I will just be a little more cautious. I am literally obsessed with this place! I've gone to several other nail salons in the Fishers/Noblesville, and even Greenwood area, but this spot will hold my business from here on out! When you walk in, you're always greeted with a friendly smile. There are refreshments (including wine- for free) while you wait, or while receiving a service. My first time here, and I was very happy with the service and the quality of my manicure. I got the new powder/dip polish, and I can't believe how well it's held up and how shiny the top coat still looks after a week and a half.I was a little surprised that they didn't do anything but polish my nails, but someone else was paying for my service and they may have just requested the basics. They did put a nice coat of cuticle oil on at the end, however.I'm planning a trip back soon to get a pedicure, and will update my review once I've been back again. Read Less

Had T do my nails today. First time in. Loved it..... and highly recommend.  She did a great job on my natural looking American gel mani.  T offered me wine or water or soft drinks twice, I took her up on it the second time, no charge for this service.  There were 10 techs working when I was there. I did not have to wait. No tvs -- which always drives me nuts at other places, just relaxing music.  No language barrier. I am not one to get my nails done every two weeks, but the occasional "treat yo self" is very necessary and this is where I go!I have visited every few months since they opened. The owner and her husband are very kind and always there to help your experience be great. The salon is very clean and presentable, always organized. They offer a very wide variety of colors, gel, gel dipping powder and even color changing gel! They always have the newest lines and are on trend. The best part- they offer complimentary refreshments including wine. What a lovely way to relax during a pedicure. I consider myself a nail salon connoisseur- and let me tell you, I've had my fair share of horrible gel manicures and smudged pedicures in the state of Indiana. However this place- is second to none! the location is currently undergoing a remodeling phase and I'm beyond ecstatic to see how beautiful the space looks afterwards. Plus, any place that serves wine while getting a mani/pedi is my kind of place!! The service was quick (I did make an appointment before hand) and the staff was fun and lively! there were 12 pedicure chairs so I cannot imagine a wait ever being longer than 10 or so minutes. The staff seems large which is nice because it means short wait times. There is a pedicure menu to choose from and let me tell you, the options are heavenly. I went with the "luxury" pedicure in the "milk & honey" scent- sounds amazing right?! It was! I cannot say enough good things about this place! it's a must try in fishers. Read Less

I brought 8 women here the day before my sister's wedding this weekend. Our French manicures were chipped within hours of leaving and the next day at the wedding we had at least 4 nails each with chips. They also didn't clean the excess paint from under the nail. The pedicures looked fine, but they didn't file the brides toenails enough in length and the nail broke and fell off within 3 hours. She had to glue her own toenail back on.Despite pleasant customer service while there, I'm disappointed in the quality and wouldn't come back here. $120 for mani pedis for two people that don't look perfect in a few hours is ridiculous. Went to the Nail Bar to treat myself on my birthday and what a treat it was!  First bar is in the name for a reason... they offer you wine!!  You walk in to a beautiful clean and welcoming nail salon with several stations and several nail technicians working at them.  It's always frustrating to walk in to a place with 15 stations and 2 workers... that is not the case here!  The place was pretty busy but I still had no wait!  Did pedicure and manicure and timing was perfect as well as service!  Plenty of color options plenty of service levels to meet my Pampering needs and just overall great customer services.  Now they do have small dogs that they let run in salon which was weird to me but that doesn't take away from the awesome service!  The location isn't that convenient to where I live but I would definitely be willing to go out of the way again to experience the NAIL BAR! I've been a customer of Nail Bar for quite a while. Here lately things have been very busy and that's perfectly fine. Yet customer service and value has went straight out the door. After getting services with Tracy for the 1st time 2wks ago. She asked me to make an appt. with her for 2wks out to do another nail service. I did as asked. I arrived for my appt. ONLY to be told Tracy wasn't available and had 1 person in her chair and 1 person waiting for her. Mind you I left a family members funeral service so I wouldn't stand her up. Lesson learned! girls day out and thought we would try a new nail place.  Will definitely be heading back here.  $29 for a basic pedicure.  If you pay cash, $2 discount.  YEAH!    They do take mastercard and visa as well, just no discount.  They fill a 5 visit punch card to get a discount on your 6th visit.  They kept asking if we wanted a drink.  We declined several times until we heard what the ladies next to us were getting:  sweet red, white, moscato, etc.  Drink please!  Glass of wine and a pedicure with foot massage. . . . . yes please.I appreciated the tools they used were sterilized in packets and they were opened in our presence so you knew they were clean.  They also use a liner in the foot bath that they remove and throw away in your presence which also let you know they were clean.  Other than that, it was very professional and clean environment in general.We happed to go when 96th Street was under construction.  Don't let that fool you.  Place was still super busy.  Good thing they had 16 pedicure chairs and even more manicure chairs.  We went on a Tuesday at 3 pm and they were already filling up.  Might need an appointment if it is later in the day. After a painful removal process by the technician (Keith?), I was looking forward to having beautiful nails. My Aunt was here with me and we both left with lovely nails.Fast forward 3 days - two of my nails spilt in the middle and two more had cracked on the edges. My Aunt had lifting on 3 nails too. #AwfulExperience When I contacted the salon to refund my money, they offered to redo our nails - after I sent photos of our nails. Normally I'd be ok with this but, given both of our manicures were a mess within a few days, I wasn't interested in going back to this salon. They refused to refund any money which is their policy. Love nail bar! They are super friendly and do amazing work! I have been coming here for a year now and have only had one time where I wasn't overly thrilled with the work. I had a great experience at this location. T was the lady who completed my French tip manicure. She did an excellent job. I love that she spoke English very well, painted the tips with a fine tip on the white polish and had nice clean lines. I did not feel rushed during the process. Con: there where cheap cleaning chemicals sitting out by most of the pedicure stations. It made me wonder about how clean the tubs actually were. I will most likely return for a manicure but don't think I'll ever get a pedicure there. Read Less

Absolutely loved this place ....great clean atmosphere....the employees were so personable and friendly and joked around the whole time .... and you get an endless cup of wine!! They have a variety of choices of wine and they just keep filling it up :) everything is better with wine .... I went on a Monday and they were kinda busy but the guy told me they at times have over 2 hour waits because they get extremely busy so I suggest to make an appointment.... anyways I got an acrylic fill with gel polish ...my techs name was Thai he was awesome ....and there price was pretty darn good .... $33 for a fill with gel polish and $2 discount for paying cash so it was $31 ( not including tip of course...make sure to always tip for good service) ....so i have to say for the quality, service, and price ....and of course the wine :) this place is a winner in my books Read Less

The place was nice and they did offer wine. HOWEVER, I've been to several shops like this one around the area and have never had someone hurt my toe. I went in with a gift certificate for a simple pedicure 4 days ago. I told the lady my big toe was sore she proceed to cut the toe nail out. Made me bleed while I was there and I'm just now being able to walk without pain in that toe. I've had to clean it everyday to keep it from getting infected. I will not go back. Read Less

Had a weekend pass to visit our daughter while she attends 6 week training in Napean @CTC Connaught. After searching the online reviews we decided to get our mother/daughter pedi's at Sophia's. What an enjoyable experience. Very clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. The staff is very efficient while not feeling rushed.
