I came to this salon because a few days prior a different salon messed up my acrylic manicure and the color/design. I was upset and in need of assistance. Jacob was patient and took his time fixing the acrylic on my nails, reshaping them, and doing my color. I appreciated his help, patience, and attention to detail. Have been here twice now, once for gel manicure and the second for pedicure. Service is good but not exceptional. They do offer free water, tea and coffee and have wine as well if you like. Both my manicure and pedicure were beautiful and lasted well. I will continue to use them as my regular nail salon! Read Less

I have frequented numerous nail spas in the Fishers/ Noblesville/ Carmel area for years and tried our Lilly Nails off a recommendation from a friend.    Best decision ever!    Kim did an amazing deluxe pedicure for me last night and Jacob completed the most amazing Christmas design manicure (gel) EVER.    Today was super busy and Jacob was running behind but he didn't rush or act stressed at all.     And he FREE handed all the design.   I showed him a picture off Pinterest and he said his would be even better.   He is a man of his word.   I am beyond ecstatic and this will be my nail spa forever!!! I tried this salon out of a desperate need of a hellish fix. I have been going to them since.  However, depending who you get to do your nails, is how well they are done.  Theis last time I went in just last week, I had a lady I normally go to.  However, she did a horrible job this time.  Cut me 6 times, of course on six different fingers. Despite its seemingly high reviews and many recommendations, I suggest caution for acrylic lovers. My nails were uneven in length and shape and the technician was rough to the point I said "ow" out loud. She also caused many open wounds and blood. Currently, washing my hands hurts rather badly. While everyone else seemed friendly enough, my technician created an awkward atmosphere by not talking, asking me what how I like my nails (yes, she assumed and was wrong), and not offering me anything to drink/the complimentary water. They did a beautiful job on my nails. I have pretty bad anxiety in new places, but everyone here was so kind and welcoming. The only down side is, tips are cash only which I rarely keep cash, I mainly use a card. I'll just remember to bring cash next time! Definitely will be returning! Read Less

This salon is a gem. Through the vast selection of salons this is one of the best. I seldom go to any one salon but I've been to Lilly salon three times, that's saying a lot. Hit or miss. I've been here a few times and they were excellent. Lately though, seem to have gone downhill. My last pedicure was sloppy and streaky. The final straw occurred when I went to get a gel manicure. The manicurist (a male) was awful. He went way, way overboard trimming hangnails and basically cut new ones into my skin. He was "trimming" all along the side of my fingers which no one has ever done. He put the gel too close to my cuticle and even over it on some fingers, so it was lifting within a couple of days. Within a week, my nails and fingers looked horrible with tons of hangnails (some very painful) and the gel had come off all my nails. Never going back. Read Less

The woman working in my nails needed more training. She did very poor quality ANC. One nail cracked the very next day and another broke at my finger nail bed and was a bloody painful mess. The top coat she used was not even for anc nails. Worst ANC manicure ever. I noticed that the less than good quality ratings have been deleted so I don't expect this to be up for long. Read Less

This nail salon is amazing! SO many colors to choose from-there is no way that you wouldn't be able to find a color that you love! Everyone is very friendly! David is so talented and is very helpful. I couldn't get an appt. with my regular manicurist, so I went to see Alesha, did she did fabulous job, I have been getting them done since 1989 and dislike the drills that many salons used and once I said that she old school by hand filed my nails.. Read Less

I have been going to Aspire Nail Studio for many years and prefer to only go there to get my nails done. Why? Because the atmosphere is relaxed and the service professional. Alesha is always fashion forward in nails and will always be done with quality. Definitely beats the chop shop any day! Read Less

I went here once before to have a pedicure. I then went to another place for acrylic nails I didn't like. Went back to Lilly to have them removed and got a gel polish. I love it here abd will always keep coming back. David was soo friendly and funny and the rest of the staff was great. I wouldn't change a thing about it. Read Less

This nail salon is clean, professional and the staff are very personable! I have been a customer for 4 years and have never experienced any of the things that Josie M has stated (dirty, horrible customer service, etc)!In fact, I was present on the day that Josie M came in to use her EXPIRED Gift Card. While I understand the frustration of the gift card being expired there are a few details Jose M left out! 1) The gift card was TWO years past the EXPIRATION date. 2) The date on the gift card had been changed. Yes, the actual number on the year had been changed/tampered with to show 2015 instead of 2014. 3) EVERY GIFT CARD NO MATTER THE BUSINESS HAS AN EXPIRATION DATE. It's absurd to think that you would purchase a gift card (cash or not) and it will last/ be valid forever. The goal of this review is to ensure that each reader understands the FULL story behind Josie M's post! I had an appointment and as I went to sit down, they asked me to wait so they could take the walk in behind me for her pedicure. With my spare time... I looked around and noticed the stations were dirty and nail clippings were on the floor of the station I was sitting at. 5 or so minutes later a completely different guy came out of the back asking what I wanted. I told him that I needed my nails filled and I brought pictures of the style I wanted. I told him the last place I went made them very flat and i wanted a more curved rounded nail. I also said my cuticles needed done. He told me it would be extra and argued with me that I had ever gotten my cuticles done as part of a full set or fill because "nobody does that." He then tried to shape my nail and filed it to a pointed triangle. I said that it looked nothing like the pictures and he proceeded to blame my nail bed. Telling me he couldn't so anything with my flat nails and showing me his and telling me to look at how is nail bed is round. At this point I walked out. I don't care if my nail bed is flat- you shouldn't treat a customer with hostility. I then went to Elegant Nails on 116th by Kroger. This salon has gone down hill since the new owners took over.It use to be clean. It has turned into the typical dirty nail factory.The customer service is horrible.Don't buy a gift card!!! It will expire in a year.  Trust me. I lost a $ 150.00 purchase a gift card My daughter in law had just moved to town so I purchase the gift card for her.  She got pregnant shortly after and was not able to use the gift card until after the baby was over 6 months old.  When she went to use the gift card, they told her the money was gone. What does that mean.   How could my cash, that I paid for 150.00 be gone.Where did it go. I came here early on a Sunday and there was a wait (which was fine) for my mani/pedi. The staff sat my down in a chair for my pedi and I waited maybe 20 minutes for them to start which considering the amount of people there, wasn't bad. I enjoyed my services and thought my nail technician was very precise and great at the massage for my pedi. I was very satisfied with my services.The only reason I am giving this place only three stars is I went to Pittsburgh for a work conference the next day for a week. By the end of the week, all my nail polish was either peeling off or was chipped. Two of my nails were chipped by Tuesday morning and nothing extreme had happened - just normal wear and tear.I was disappointed with that - not sure if it was the polish I chose, but if it was - I feel like they should have recommended another. Got the deluxe pedicure.  It was relaxing, nothing super spectacular.  The technician didn't say one word the entire time, which kind of weirded me out, but whatever.  It was about a 30-45 minute service and when I left my feet and legs were smooth and my toenails looked good, so no complaints from me. This was my second time at Lilly Nails.  The first visit I had Kim apply acrylic nails and she did a great job.  I haven't had them done in years.  Last Saturday, David did my fill in and while he was skeptical of the bright white shade I wanted, he did the best job ever!  My nails looked like real nails.  I could have just had clear painted over and no one would know.  Fantastic!  David is the man! The absolute best, and I mean BEST in the city!!! The salon is lovely with great little added amenities like mini chocolates and a Keurig (coffee is important). I was able to book my appointment via Facebook message, which was extremely convenient for me. Tracy did my nails and did the best gel manicure ever. She is meticulous and such a perfectionist. I am very critical and picky with the cuticles and the lines of the polish and I can't find a single thing to improve on. The polish is not thick at all, so it looks very natural but with that added shine of the gel. They also have a very large selection. The cherry on top was the price: $30 for a gel mani!? The summer is prime time to beautify ourselves. And who wants to showcase their cute sandals when their toes aren't ready? Um, not me. ha I was compelled to try out a new nail place in Fishers yesterday after work and, using my handy Yelp app, came across Lilly Nails & Spa.I was immediately seated upon walking in the door. Lovely. Prompt. And the place was super clean. And do you know what else I love? A good conversation while I'm getting my much needed pedicure. If you know me at all, I don't do well with prolonged silence when there's an ample opportunity for conversation. So I chatted with the lady working on my toes and was very pleased at her friendliness. Friendliness will take you a long way in a business setting.And my toenails? They look amazing! Finally. Couldn't have said that a couple of days ago. ha The price? Reasonable. $27 for a pedicure -- and I feel with the actual pedicure, cleanliness and professionalism that it was totally worth it. Such a great nail place!! The service was outstanding. My friend and I were immediately seated and offered a bottle of water. We selected the Deluxe pedi, which included higher-end product, not just a longer process. The gal who assisted me took the time to check her work and make sure my feet were fabulous. I really appreciated her attentiveness. She was not too chatty and did not interrupt my friend's and my conversation, which happens surprisingly often at nail places. It felt like we had the whole hour to ourselves! The manis were great too! All told, we had a relaxing 2 hours for $50.The salon was spotless and did not smell of acrylic.
