A friend and I decided to get gel manicures here - we've been trying out a different nail salon for each appointment since so far, we haven't found one that's really stood out as a salon we wanted to return to. Unfortunately, this experience was much of the same. I had called earlier in the day to reserve our appointments and when I got there, they sat my friend and I across the salon from one another (even though there was only one other customer at the time). They seemed very irritated when we tried to talk, and actually ended up moving me before starting my polish so we would stop trying to speak across the room. Given that we had made the appointment together and the salon wasn't otherwise busy, the whole thing didn't make much sense to us.As for the actual service: it was fine. Nothing amazing, but nothing horrible either. I wasn't thrilled with the actual manicure part of the service as it felt like they rushed through it, but it wasn't the worst one I've ever gotten either. They use credo blades for pedi. If you don't know what credo blades are they pretty much are a potato peeler for your skin. Skin shaving/cutting is extremely dangerous and I believe blades use in nail salons is illegal in the state of Indiana. You decide. Read Less

I'll start off by saying I'm shocked at all the good reviews of this place. My friend and I met there last night for pedicures and the ladies were so rude to me as I waited for her to arrive. Then knowing we were getting the pedicures done together they placed us on opposite sides of the room. The pedicure itself was terrible as well. They asked how I wanted my nails cut - short or long. I said I prefer them longer and they cut them so short! I will not be coming back or recommending this place. Read Less

So far - love! My nails ALWAYS chip. Lin was so professional and nice. Very very detail oriented. I didn't have to ask to change a thing. Price is normal for a gel manicure! I will update after 2 weeks. Hoping it stays so this can be my routine spot. Even though so far from downtown. Read Less
