Absolutely awful dip nail manicure. I went in to get my nails done before spring break. This was the first time I had ever gone to this "salon". Back home, I have gotten many dip nail manicure that last upwards of 4-5 weeks with NO breaking, chipping, or cracking. Not only did the manicurist put the wrong color on my nails (because the colors are not labeled and he had no idea which color he was choosing), he did not cover the entirety of my nail, leaving the sides on my nails unpolished/undipped. He filed them with the electric filer, cutting the skin above my nail on almost every finger. I physically had to pull my hand away because it was so painful at one point. I paid for the wrong color nail and bleeding fingers and left. One day later, both of my thumbs had huge chunks on polish chip off. Now, one week later, every finger is chipped and two whole nails have chipped off entirely. NEVER will I come back here again; my first mistake was in April 2017 when I went to go get my nails done for my baby shower. My toes were awful and the polish was not even smooth, almost like my 5 year old did it but I let it go and moved on. My second mistake was recently.. Saturday 11/18/17 when I went in to go get my eyebrows waxed. I typically do not go here however my lady was jam packed and I needed them done ASAP. I noticed there was an issue when the girl named "Veronica" (I think) was taking over 20 minutes to do my eyebrows. I thought they will either be great or awful. When she was done I looked in the mirror and half my eyebrow was gone and they were super thin, she even asked me if I wanted to keep the shape. There were three of us girls that wanted to get our nails done. The staff was friendly and got all of us seated within five minutes of being there! I'm not a hard person to please so the only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because I wish the leg/foot massage was a little longer. It was a quick lotion/rub/hot towel, wam bam done! You Guys! This Place is the BEST!!!!!  Before moving to the north side I was very nervous finding another place to get my eye brows waxed because who wants someone to screw up their eyebrows! Yikes! After much research I found this place which is right by my house...5 min away! I started coming here since I moved and I will never go anywhere else again!!! They are the mostly friendly people i have ever met!!!! They remember my name and always ask me how my son is doing! And they make sure that you like what they did before you leave!!! Sometimes it's hard to know what you're getting into with a nail salon. If I go to a place and they don't scrape my callouses, I consider that money wasted. These people scraped the heck out of my feet and they are silky soft!!! Super friendly people and cute little shop. Yay!!!!! Come here!!!!! Read Less

I picked out one of the matching color for toes and gel nails. I said something to the gentleman doing my nails that the color didn't match. He stated that the finger nails just need an extra coat. He was wrong!!! My toes are red and fingers are orange! The color was supposed to be dark pink! Beautiful and clean salon. I was traveling on business and popped in for a pedicure and gel manicure. Jenny took care of both and did a super meticulous job which I so appreciated. I went here to get a mani/pedi for prom. My pedicure was great and my toenails look good, but my finger nails on the other hand are horrible. The polish chipped the morning after I got them done when I took a shower, by the end of peom night almost all of it was gone. I paid too much money for something that wasn't even adequate to other salons I've been to. And their prices are outrageous. I would suggest going to a different salon and get your money's worth on better quality nails. Read Less
