I have been here three times and have loved it each time. The dipping powder is a great value for the money and lasts longer than any other types of polish I have gotten. Everyone is very friendly and appreciative of the business. Kelsey is as sweet as she can be and does great work. I live in Greenwood but the drive is worth the quality of service I get at this salon.

On the positive side, the location is very convenient and the decor is beautiful. On my first visit for a pedicure I was very well taken care of and the staff seemed very friendly. A couple of days after my visit I noticed I had gotten an infection in my big toe. Coincidence? Maybe. On my second visit the nail technician who did my first pedicure was busy but there was another person available so she took care of me. Later the first technician who did my pedicure kept coming to me while my nails were drying and whispering to me to ask for her next time and even insisted on giving me her phone number so I could call her and let her know I was coming. She even kept cooing in my ear that she loved me. This made me very uncomfortable. I don't know if there is a great deal of competition for customers amongst the technicians but this made it seem highly probable. AND I got another toe infection. Obviously they don't sterilize their tools well or often. I do not recommend this nail salon and will not be going back.

I am a little disappointed by the reviews of Fancy Nails from disgruntled employees. My entire family receives service from Fancy Nails, in particular, Lucas, and we have never experienced disappointing service. He is professional, thorough and attentive to his customer's needs. He's an excellent nail technician that will get the job done and doesn't rush as some other people do.

BEST nail salon!! I won't go anywhere else. Jason is an amazing nail tech.. he does the most amazing acrylics and has the best acrylic powder colors!! I'm seriously ocd about my nails and the shape is PERFECT every time. Jason double checks the length of my nails and makes sure every nail is the same. They stay up to date on all the latest trends too and everyone there is an awesome nail tech! You won't be disappointed in anyone you see at this salon!!

I was hoping to like this place, but after spending $60 for a foot rub and polish (they didn't even paint my daughters toes all the way), I won't be back. The woman that did my pedi used a nail brush on my legs... not so relaxing. She also used a disposable pumice that should have been disposed 50 pedicures ago.*edited to two stars from one because they sent a message apologizing.*

Stopped in yesterday for a fill and polish change. Service was quick and Jason did great! Instead of cutting my nails shorter I asked Jason to shape them. He did a great job and the shape was exact to the picture. It was a very nice and clean shop. Since I'm new to the area I will be coming back again.

Lucas did my acrylics and absolutely killed it. I have very short natural nails and he worked around them beautifully! He did them quickly and just in time for my prom and the entire service was affordable. Gel acrylics at an affordable price are hard to find!

New to this area so I've tried several salons around here and figured I'd give this one a try. I went in yesterday 4/24/17 for a fill. Lots of colors to choose from, but the guy that did my fill butcher my skin around my nails with the drill. I didn't realize how bad until I got home and both my hands are tore up. My cuticles were not in bad shape. Also wish he would of realized the color I chose needed another coat to look better.

These people tricked my 15-year-old daughter into spending $15 more than she planned, because she didn't know the nail color she selected was a "gel". I politely asked them to credit the $15, but they refused. Deception is no way to build your customer base. While this location is the closest to our house, we will drive an additional two minutes to give our future business to one of the 20 competitors in this area.
Fancy Nails II, I recommend investing that $15 wisely. This mistake will cost you much more than that.

This salon is close to my home and I have always had quality nail work. I have acrylic gel nails and get them filled regularly. I also get pedicures approx. 1x per month. The pedicure massage chairs are divine. They don't make the water too hot also. I get the Orange scrub service that includes removal of hardened skin on the heels. The leg massage is wonderful also. For the acrylic nails, I love a rounded, short shape. Yen did a great job last time and took her time to do the job right. She carefully removed my old nails, as they were splintered and applied a new set. They make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I've been to many salons in Hamilton County. This one is my favorite because they are the best.

I visited this salon yesterday and since just moving into the area I had no idea which nail salons to go to, I had read great reviews thankfully for the Yelp app and it did not disappoint!They had so many different pedicure options which was something I had never experienced before and it was amazing! My gel manicure was perfect as well! I will definitely be going back! The salon was so clean, super friendly, and I never felt rushed which I also appreciated!

I have been here three times and have loved it each time. The dipping powder is a great value for the money and lasts longer than any other types of polish I have gotten. Everyone is very friendly and appreciative of the business. Kelsey is as sweet as she can be and does great work. A couple of days after my visit I noticed I had gotten an infection in my big toe. Coincidence? Maybe. My entire family receives service from Fancy Nails, in particular, Lucas, and we have never experienced disappointing service. He is professional, thorough and attentive to his customer's needs. He's an excellent nail technician that will get the job done and doesn't rush as some other people do.

New to this area so I've tried several salons around here and figured I'd give this one a try. I went in yesterday 4/24/17 for a fill. Lots of colors to choose from, but the guy that did my fill butcher my skin around my nails with the drill. I didn't realize how bad until I got home and both my hands are tore up. This salon is close to my home and I have always had quality nail work. I have acrylic gel nails and get them filled regularly. I also get pedicures approx. 1x per month.
