I am very mad with my visit. I got my nails done and got a new set of nails. I told her “ I want my nails long but not too long” and I also said I didn’t have a lot of time. Right when she got the nails on she chopped them off to where they were shorter than my normal, and since I had a short time to get them done I said they were fine. after filing them down they were even shorter and they looked terrible. she then said it cost 26 dollars and that they were dry. I got in the car, put my sweatshirt and they all crinkled up and now I have to go on vacation to PARIS with these disaster of nails on. thank you very much for these nails. Read Less

I went just for a normal gel mani and the lady was so rough with my nails. Hurting my skin while filing. They also are chunky looking at the tips and just look horrible. I have never had a gel mani fall off two days after.... Happy Holidays to me.... I won't be going back:/ Read Less

Paid $62 for mine and my husband's foot spa, thinking it's time for us to pamper ourselves and relaxed. But I was really disappointed when the lady dis my husband's foot didn't even bother to get all of his dead skin on his sole, they are finished for less than an hour, I used to to do my husband foot and I spend at least 45 mins. On wag got just to get all the dead skin. And I really didn't expect how they did their job cause I always get foot spa way back in my country. So I will never come back there again as I would rather do my husband's foot than pay $32 waste of money Read Less

We just moved to Indiana from Southern California and I was very pleased to find this nail salon! My daughter and I each got gel manicures and they were amazing! Good quality work and polish. $30 each which I found to be very reasonable for the quality of work. If you pay with cash you get a punch card -- buy 5 get $5 off. Also they sell Hemp lotion and have the latest scents. They were running a deal of two for $20!!! this is great considering you will pay more than that for one at Ulta. This place is beautiful! Looks like a high end spa with modern beautiful decor. The chairs are not simple salon chairs, they are gorgeous white nail head chairs! it was such a treat to bring my daughter here for her 14th birthday manicure! Love! Read Less

Exploring new nail places as I am new to the Geist area. So far, Davinchi is the only nail place that offers a unique customer experience compared to other comparable nail places. They offer beverages, provide relaxing ambiance and are very clean. Iva meticulously did my gel mani and pedi. It's been 10 days since my last visit and my nails look great! Beautiful place. I had been previously on a lunch break but they were so busy I had to leave BUT I got in today on my break and had a great experience! Tony took care of me and he did a wonderful job. Very thorough and shaped my nails perfectly. I could tell he wasn't rushing to get them done. I have gone to this nail salon for the last four years and I love it so much! There has been a change in ownership during that time and it has just gotten better! The two owners, a husband and wife duo, are amazing! I am rarely disappointed but when I am they fix it with no problems! Also Annie (the owner) is AMAZING at doing eye brows! I really enjoyed the massage chair and the painted toes but the lady was new and she needs to massage the legs a little harder and be more careful when clipping your toenails she clipped my flipping toe and it still hurts... So when she gets those two things down she will be good Read Less

The work on my nails were nicely done. The atmosphere was not the best. While getting my nails done, the nail tech got up like five times telling the other nail techs where to place the customer coming in the doors. While getting my nails done, she yelling in their language to the other nail techs. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a little like a spa, a place to reward yourself and to be pampered and to relax. With all the other interruptions and yelling at each other, it DEFINITELY did not feel like a relaxing spa experience. Read Less

Being a man that gets pedicures,  I always get special attention when I enter the building.......naw, I'm joking. All the staff give special attention to every customer and provide top notch service. Even when they get it wrong, they are quick to fix the problem. I've never had any bad feelings about returning here. In addition to the service, the facilities are very nice, clean, and inviting. Giving a 4 star review because I have a history with this place and enjoy coming here. The people are always friendly and my pedicures always look nice. Place seems to be clean and I've gotten Pedis from here for at least 3 years without an issue.  The place is newly renovated and looks great.   They don't have a tip line on their receipts anymore which I find annoying.  I asked to pay for mine and my daughters pedicures separately so I could tip on each one and was told it cost them money to run a lot of transactions... I get it but it's just weird to actually tell your customer that.  Anyway,  I'll probably go back and make sure to bring cash. Read Less

First time visiting the nail salon. They had no running hot water, so the pedicure foot soaks were pretty much cold. (The tech told me that their hot water was out, so they were using tea kettles to attempt to compensate. I was not told this until after we had already started.) They re-use buffers/files, I didn't see the metal tools being opened from an autoclave pack (so assuming also not sterile). The "organic spa pedicure" was what other salons call a basic pedicure, only the scrub and lotion came out of a box. The woman doing my manicure did not wait for the light cycles to complete while applying the shellac and the polish is pooled up around my cuticles - I don't expect the polish to last long. We were charged $40 for a shellac manicure (different than what the website lists). I tried to ask about the pricing difference and was told that the deluxe manicure is $30 (website says $25) plus adding shellac was an extra $10. The polish on my toes doesn't actually come to the end of my toe nail, which is just... weird. We won't be going back. Read Less

So my friend and I are trying to find the best place in fishers. Every time we go, we each have very different experiences so please take that into account. She was seated 5 min before me and her pedicure was going on well after I was done.  So right away I felt a little slighted.  My chair massager wasn't working but that was the only chair available.  I had no idea Thursday at 4 pm would be so busy.  I did think it was fun they had a princess area for pedicures for a girls birthday party or just a fun treat period. I love this place....I only get pedicures and they are the best. Polish lasts for weeks. I have never had to wait,  I am always seated immediately.  The paraffin wax is the truth and the hot stone massage is awesome. I decided to give this place a second chance after a previous bad experience, mainly because the location is so convenient. Previously, I had called on a Sunday, asked what time they closed, was told 8:00, so I made a 6:00 reservation for 3 mani/pedis. When we arrived at 6, we were told, sorry but we actually close at 6, and the person made a mistake. But I decided to give it another try and I went in for a pedicure and gel fill. My pedicure was just ok, the girl doing it was obviously trying to get out of there. My gel fill was terrible. The girl doing my fill didn't even wait for the cycles on the lights to finish running. As soon as she finished one hand she had me pull it out of the light box. After one week my nails were chipping and after two weeks the polish was 90% gone. I won't be back again! Read Less
