I have been getting powder dip nails done here about every 3 to 4 weeks for several months now. Their range of polishes is incredible. The service is always friendly. And they take great care of their customers. I was prompted to write the review today because I had cracked one of my nails during a recent martial arts class and popped in today to see if they could repair it for me. They helped me find the powder that would match the rest of my manicure, removed the cracked polish, repaired the cracked nail underneath, redipped the nail...and didn't charge me a penny! Read Less

While out of town with friends I had my nails powder dipped. When I needed to have them filled I had to find a salon locally that offered this service. I have been going to BB Nails & Spa now for about 6 months and I'm ALWAYS thrilled with my nails. Everyone is so nice and fun - and they make the experience great. My powder dip lasts 3 weeks - and even then I only need a fill because of the grow out - the color is still 100% in tact. I can't say enough good things about this salon and the staff! Read Less

They have the greatest variety of dipping colors in town, and they always are super accommodating, even when they have wedding parties or large groups coming in. Best Nails in ever! They always have the newest and hottest powders! The salon is very neat and clean with chargers at every nail station. If you are looking for hologram or mirrored Nails- they have them! I have never gotten so many compliments on my nails. For $37 I got my first amazing dip powder manicure. Normally I make an appointment but I tried walk in. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes. I was greeted immediately and offered three huge rings of colors to choose from which was awesome. The atmosphere ya calm and all the areas clean. I get my nails done on the regular, and would typically get the UV gel nails. However, BB introduced me to the dip powder. It is so much better for my nails because it doesn't require the UV light. It also lasts around 3 weeks and doesn't chip, so there's no peeling of my nails.  They are often very busy on the weekends, I would recommend calling ahead. Read Less

I came here because of the good reviews... But I just got a pedicure and four of the 10 toenails had to be touched up (basically just repainted the scraped off part) after my nail artist slid my feet into the flip-flops... If you really want the flip-flops on just put the feed in the flip-flops before you paint the toes!  So now I have really lumpy nail polish on four of my toes.  I can do better at home. Read Less

I went here a couple weeks ago to get my nails done for my brother's wedding. Four of us went for both nails and toes - the mother of the bride, mother of the groom, bride, and myself - and we got a variety of services - dipped nails, acrylics, gel, regular pedi, and gel pedi - and it was a great experience!We called day of for our appointments after a scheduling mishap at another salon, and they were super friendly and able to get us all in. We also had my sweet 8 month old niece with us, and they were so kind towards her and didn't mind at all when we needed to shuffle her between us during the services. Great nail place. Never had a pedicure, only gel nails. They are super friendly, have a great selection, and the owners actively seek out new treatments, styles, etc. They are happy to fix any small issues that could arise and they go above and beyond with their customer service. Clean and quick, but most importantly, their work is quality. I've had three gel manicures here and they've lasted longer than from at least a couple of other North side nail salons. Great last minute decision to get a pedicure. The staff was attentive and friendly. Wonderful hot rock pedicure! I also had my eyebrows waxed. I took my daughter here for her 8th birthday because she wanted a manicure. They were so kind and professional. The salon is clean and inviting. The professionals were kind and skilled.  They even played the Minions' Happy Birthday video on their TV for my daughter. It was a wonderful experience, and we will be back.
