What a place for great customer services, price and treatments. I went in for a chemical peel for my melasma & acne. I had no idea that they provide threading services, I dislike going to other chop-shop threading place, this place can't be compared with other places that I have been. They truly care for their clients and meet the need of an individual. I booked my laser hair removal appointment which they soon be offering in march! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!I have been coming her for my body contouring, I am loving the results. I really didn't had to change my diet. I do exercise and eat healthy but need extra help with skin heightening. I have done cool sculpting before but this one works so much better because It tightens and help loose body fat as well. Had an amazing experience getting threading done at Ambiance Day Spa. Had my eyebrows, lip, and chin threaded and the price was very reasonable. The service was incredible, and everyone made sure I was comfortable. I had a bad threading experience years ago and thought I would never try it again, but so glad I decided to take a chance and try it here. I had horrible skin and thanks to ambiance day spa that now my skin is getting better. I have been to many places but never receive that much knowledge on skin care and product. They do go by appointments only but walk-ins are welcome if they have an opening they can certainly get you in. I mad an appointment last week to have my eye brows threaded today. When I called they made me give my credit card information to keep on file just to schedule the appointment....in case I didn’t show they were going to charge me. Then they called me yesterday to confirm my appointment. I show up 10 mins early and had to wait for 40 mins before I got service. I was late getting back to work and the first thing that happens is a coworker says OMG what happened to your eyebrow. I run to the mirror and notice that on one of my eyebrows she cut the hair on the end closest to my nose so low my eyebrow looks like a staircase. Left work in tears, cancelled my plans for the weekend. Never in my life have my eyebrows looked this bad. My gut told me to leave after having to wait 30 mins past my appt time. This is a horrible spa. Do not get roped into buying a package from them or the VIP Program. There are many other spas in the area that are able to keep their massage therapists and honor the packages purchased. The only reason I purchased a package was to receive massages from Nita. She is amazing!! When I called to schedule a massage with her I was informed she no longer is with the spa. I was refused a refund for my package which I only purchased because of Nita. Not only was I refused a refund, the manager went on to share with me information pertaining to why Nita was no longer at the spa. This was extremely unprofessional and bad business in my opinion. What an exceptional experience! I and my sister came in for spa packages , which our husband bought for us since we both were expecting at the same time !! We are so glad that they choose ambiance day spa for both of us . Massage and the facial were different from other spas, very relaxing and my skin felt so smooth the next day. So frustrated. My husband spent $500 so my mom and I could have a spa day together. The only reason he bought the packages for us from Ambiance was so we could do it together which they assured him we could. It took me several days of calling even to book the appointment, which I had to schedule a month out since they didn't have any available times for two people to do a package at the same time. I was fine waiting a month so we could do them together. Finally went in today and my mom and I didn't get to do anything together, it was all separate. (They only have one masseuse...WHY would they act like they could do two people at once??) anyway, the facial was a joke, pedicure was honestly the worst I've ever had, but the massage was alright. Definitely do not recommend the prenatal package. Such a waste of money I'm sick about it. Read Less

I went this past weekend to get a Pedicure and the atmosphere was simply amazing. I had an appointment with Andrea and so was so professional and have a wonderful attitude. My sister in law scheduled a spa day for my mother in law and me and informed the spa what we had an infant. The services were great but the staff is very pushy. The attitude in the spa isn't relaxing, so unfortunately I will not be back. And everyone is entitled to their opinion, so it is also not professional to ask a client while in the spa why they wrote a review. We were not offered anything to fix the problem.
