I went the 1st time last month and the girl there did a great job. However, I went back and it was different story. I was glad to get the same girl but another customer came in with a broken nail and she quit doing my nails and pawned me off on a disgruntled male that works there.  He was rude and the job he did ended up looking bulky and I even have gel polish on the skin on my fingers. Not only did they show preferential treatment for the other customer as well as doing a crappy job on me, but they charged me $5 more than the price it was the last time I went. Very friendly. I was staying in Evansville for the night and stopped in to get manicure and ask about coming back on Sunday for a pedicure and she said they were closed on Sunday, but she later offered to come in on Sunday. We took her up on her offer and was very happy with the service. Read Less

This place had potential. The first time I let them do my nails. They were ok. The second time they were cute but they did a rush job. I paid for a fill-in. Horrible. He rushed an the shape was off. Polish from my previous fill-in was visible. An my acrylic over-lay was not evenly coated. when I asked the guy doing my nails what was he going to do to fix my nails ,he got a attitude. The customer service was bad my nails didn't turn out that great the sides weren't painted correctly and they overcharged me it was only $5 more but it was still annoying when I knew how much it was supposed to be. Horrible service! Do not get your nails done here! They are rude! Arrived an hour before 8pm and the employee said they were almost closing. Then wanted OPI nail polish and at fist refused to give us that brand. Had my nails soaking for about 20 min and my fingers were drying out. DO NOT GO HERE IF U WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Read Less

so im probably a little biased as i don't actually live here in Evansville and have my favorite nail places in other locations. i also didnt actually get my nails done.anyway. queen nails has a huge banner on the front: Manicure/Pedicure $35!my mom and i go in and ask for mani/pedis, before we could even tell him what time we were bombarded by the awful smell of acrylic chemicals. it was awful! we couldnt even breathe. the man at the fornt desk offered us face masks to put on. wtf?we left. no thank you queen nails.
