I am from out of town and was a week overdue for a manicure so I stopped in. The woman who did my nails belittled me three times in 30 minutes. Really hurt my feelings. Her tools were also not cleaned. The carpet was covered in nail clippings. Gross. Read Less

Very disappointed with this place. I went in asking for a specific nail technician and they passed me off to someone else for the second time even though I requested that specific one and made an appointment. The man who did my nails didn't greet me or anything. I stated that I had been there the time before for my full set and all my nails were falling off from the bottom up. He looked at me and began doing my nails and noticed how fragile they were. He did my fill in fixing 3 nails and taking off another one totaling 4 in all, when finished asked me to pay him $35.00. I asked why? A fill in is only 15. Plus my broken nails shouldn't have been as much. I also got gel nails which cost me $10.00 extra. He charged me $10.00 for broken nails that were not done currently. I got a full set the time before by this business and it was there lack of expertise to cause my nails to fall off. I didn't break them on my own will or damage them. The manager took two dollars off. I paid and the man put my change on the counter walked off and took care of another customer. The manager looked my nails over and sent me on my way didn't say a word to me. The nail technician I had was rude and didn't satisfy my needs. I will NEVER BE BACK!!!! Worst service ever. I went here as a last resort, and regret every dollar. The person was practicing on me, and when the owner came to check on them, it confirmed my suspicion. Nails filed crooked, and too deep into my own nail. The owner had to try and correct the mistakes. Painful and frustrating experience. My nails started lifting after 4 days. I Will NOT return. The got me right in, very nice, chairs look well used, but don't let that stop you! Equipment worked great. My toes & nails look fabulous & price was super too!!!! If I lived here they would be my go to!!!!!!!! Read Less

This is my favorite nail salon in Evansville! I work in retail and get my acrylics with gel over them here every two weeks! I also come here for a pedicure every now and then and they are always nice looking! I always leave this salon happy and never need to make an appointment. This salon is also very affordable! My girlfriend booked an appointment on the day of her wedding rehearsal.  There were 3 of us total.  They were expecting us but also had another (much larger) bridal party.  Cons-We sat for about 40 minutes with our feet in the water-Unsure of the prices/miscommunication.  When she asked if I wanted gel nails, I thought she meant acrylic.  There were prices on the window for manicure, pedicure, acrylic, and fill in.  When I didn't want acrylic I didn't know the gel (which I later figured must mean shellac) was the option of the manicure.  The end price was less than a manicure/pedicure prices on the window.Pros-I never enjoy 'relaxing' music, but actually did enjoy theirs-Several chairs that were newer and nicer than other places I've been-Several people working on a Friday night (around 5 or 6, I think)I'm sure this is a great place most times, but it was disappointing to have an appointment and not feel like it helped at all.  They seem to have a few regulars at the salon which is a good sign, so to say.
