Went to leta to have my hair done, it had not been done in a few years as mt physical health would not allow me to sit for long. I went to get a perm and highlights, leta did the cut and perm and then after she did an all over color with highlights, it turned out fantastic. Leta was very nice and patient considering my back issues, it took her some time due to me having to adjust my position once in a while, but she was wonderful and did such a great job my husband and family and friends thought it was beautify done and fit me so well. I went in to the shop and had Leta doing my hair. It had grown out so much and since I had back surgery I had not been able to take care or have Let do anything to it. Leta cut my hair (which was down my back) then she gave me a short perm, which took a good amount of time as it is so thick, after that she colored my hair a brownish color and then she did the highlights. She was so patient with me as I know I was fidgeting cause my back was hurting, she was so caring and und...erstanding of my situation. She also did my eye brows while I was there, and yes they needed it. Once my hair was done and I looked at myself, I was amazed, I looked like a different person and Leta did a fantastic job, my family and friends live the new look. When it comes time to do roots or another perm I will call and set an appointment with Leta to do mt hair and whatever else I need done. I did not catch the one girls name, but she was a sweet heart as well, she did not do any hair but was busy doing other things to keep the shop neat and clean. The shop looked great and I had been there before it was remodeled and it has been done with class and style. Both Leta and the other girl was so sweet and very attentive, asking if I was ok and did I need a drink or even a snack, I spent a great amount of money to have my hair done and it was worth the price I paid for the job that was done which was excellent. called at last minute for a cut & highlights my daughter has Very Long hair.. Jes did her hair on a Monday. Ive been coming here for yrs. But I always have Leta do it. This time Karen cut and did highlights. Never again. Showed a pic of what I wanted and does not even come close to what its supposed to look like. The Highlights look like all over color. The cut omg I dont even want to get started with that. But I will since this is a review. Since she said a blow dry would cost more I really couldnt see the cut or the color that well. I came home and freaked out. I asked her to put one layer a inch up and blended in...she put 2 in and went up about 3 inches, and its choppy. Omg its awful. Im going to need someone else to re cut it cause she will not be touching my head again. Although I left a message and she did say she would cut it again for no fee.....no thanks Just lost business. The stylist nor the owner didn't understand what the Groupon stated on their own coupon. I had to pay extra for things that were clearly stated that were included on the Groupon. Will never go back. I would recommend going somewhere else. Read Less

Horrible. Poor customer service. Don't get braids she braids slow. Spent 12 hours and didn't have half my hair done then she told me she wants me to wait while she do other clients... seriously beautician usually work on first come first serve basis appointment or not she started my head never finished worst experience ever. If you want braids the Aicha African hair braiding is is best the finish within 6 to 8 hours. Don't waste your money on someone with 2inch nails trying do box braids horrible work btw. I went here on Saturday and I had to make two trips in one day. And went back this week. Karen done a terrible job on my hair. My hair cut looked like I told my husband to take a pair of scissors to it. My high lights after the THIRD time didn't even match in color on both sides and she added black random strips to around my face without telling me that's what she was doing. She told me she would dye my hair back to its natural color with an up-charge. Kept making excuse why my hair looks the way it does even saying she felt rushed by my husband who didn't say a word about her or myself hurrying up. She also tried to accuse me of taking advantage. I am absolutely not that type of person but she definitely didn't do a good job on my hair and I kept the pictures to prove it. Read Less

I used a Groupon first time. I've never had salon color before, but the grays were taking over...so I got a lighter all over base, and four colors of skinny highlights. Love my hair! It's so shiny and the cut...Jes gave me the best cut of my life! Very precise, and not rushed. She's personable, and absolutely knows what she's doing! It's a bit pricey, but at this point in my life I deserve it, as I've always done my own color. Read Less
