After three days on a father/son cross-country motorcycle trip, we started day four with a pre-ride massage to get the kinks out of our muscles. Wow! What a difference!!! I walked out of there feeling like I could have ridden straight to Miami directly from the spa's parking lot. We rode hard today in our efforts to get back home before the big storm hits. Thanks to the amazing treatment we received this morning, we rode longer and harder than we have to date. At the end of today's leg, we got off the bikes feeling in better shape than we have previously. This spa's staff know what they are doing! They are artists in the skill. My express shellac manicure and deep tissue massage were excellent. Exactly what I needed. My "deluxe" pedicure however, was awful. I get a pedicure for two reasons: to remove callouses and paint my nails. The technician spent about 15 seconds or so on each foot and did not at all remove my callouses, and the paint is uneven and sloppy. Otherwise great place. Read Less

I had a great experience here. Lori did my massage and she really cared and gave me tips to help with the neck and shoulder pain. She goes above and beyond to make sure for the health and well being of her clients. I appreciate her help and will continue to go see her. She really is the best massage therapist I've seen! The front desk staff and atmosphere is great. The massage therapist, though, was abrasive. She asked if I wanted a full body deep tissue massage, and I explained I have a lot of back pain and I wanted her to focus on that. She said, "there's no way I'm working on your back for 55 minutes. It's way too hard on the muscles." She was really snotty about it, though. So I said, okay, full body. She worked on my hips for a couple minutes, my arms and legs, and my shoulders. My lower and mid back is where most of my pain is and she never even touched it. My shoulders feel great, but for a $90 massage, not impressed. It's especially annoying that I explained what I wanted and she was so snotty about it. I would probably try another service there but not a massage. Read Less

I have used the same hairdresser for years and was ready for a change. I made an appointment with Tiffany. I went in with straightened shoulder length hair and told her I didn't want it too short but she was free to do anything else. I could not have been more pleased. I have had so many compliments on my hair. I would recommend Tiffany to any one looking for a change. Read Less

Prices are very high!! Its a nice place though and the staff is very friendly!! I got the massage and facial. Massage was very nice & relaxing. But facial was kind of a waste of time didnt do much for my skin. Read Less

The ladies who work here are great. It's the management and policies that are awful. I needed to cancel an appointment last minute due to a family emergency. At first I called and pushed the appt back a few hours and then as the time got closer I realized I wasnt going to be able to make it. When I explained my reason the girl said "I'll have to charge you for the appt. we require 24 hrs notice." (They take your cc info when you make an appt and keep it on file for this reason, which I also don't like.) I said "I've spend hundreds of dollars here over the last two years... Do you really need to charge me? This is a family emergency!" She went to get the manager who very curtly told me the best she could do was reschedule my appt if they didn't charge me for today. I told her I didn't know when I could schedule it because, again, I have a FAMILY EMERGENCY on my hands. My voice was calm and polite but I repeated to her that I'm a long time customer. Can you cut me some slack here? Apparently not. She became rude and started talking over me telling me it was their policy, I don't have to start an argument, etc. I was incredulous!! I was not starting an argument - just asking for some understanding and God forbid, some compassion! I politely told her that she would loose a long time customer but  to go ahead and charge me because I will never be back. SMH... incredible. I had heard over the last year that the turnover there is very high and after dealing with this manager, I can see why. There's too much competition out there. Go someplace else! Read Less

Came in for a basic back massage. Great atmosphere, great staff. Definitely call ahead and make an appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so within 24 hours or you get charged anyway, just FYI. Read Less

My first visit to this salon was for an hour long massage. My therapist was Ben C. and my massage was excellent. I've had many different massages at several places/cities and this was one of the best. He did exactly what I needed. I will return for another soon. Highly recommend! Read Less
