They do a very good job, and my gel polish always looks good and lasts. They even will close up their shop for your private party. Worst experience I’ve ever had that’s for sure, my pedicure lasted maybe 10 minutes total. My toenails look like I did them....and that’s not saying much. I asked for my ingrown toenails to be removed and instead they cut my actual toenail cornered. No massage at all!! Barely scraped my heels...just awful awful! Never will go back in that place. Owner and her son were very friendly and helpful. Really liked them. The girl who did my nails was not very friendly and keep asking me to do upgrades or other services , I sort of felt that I didn't matter to her only how she could make more money. I went in today with my best friend and I had an amazing experience. The people are very friendly and helpful. I messed up my nails under the lamp and they repainted the two I messed up and were very nice about it. The prices are very reasonable and you can tell the people really care about the store and the atmosphere. Plus they have a really good facial and pedicure special! If I could give it negative stars I would. It was horrible. Three of us went and we had appointments. We all got upgrades from the original pedicures. All three were completed at different times. One was so quick my friend felt like nothing extra was done. My lady was so concerned her pants would get wet she kept me at two arms length distance which made it difficult to give a pedicure. We got our pedicures on Saturday morning and by Sunday afternoon all of us had nail polish chipping off. Absolutely horrible. Read Less

Creative Nail Salon is the only place in Evansville I will go to for my mani/pedi's. I've been a customer for years and recommended my friends and family to them and have never been disappointed. The staff is top notch, the interior is immaculately clean and more than comfortable. It's a family-owned and established business. The owners actively participate in our community. I've never had to wait for an appointment, and the owners, Kristy and Doug have always been profession...al and courteous to me and every customer I've seen walk through their doors. They treat their customers as family, which in this day and age is rare and should be valued. Lauren and Lynn are absolutely wonderful nail techs. My name is Kristy and I own Creative Nail Spa. I appreciate everyone's comments and ratings, however YP does not have a place for us to comment about the ratings. So I am going to explain the two ratings on 12/13 and 5/28. The 12/13 was a hard day. We had a technician who had a family emergency and had to leave at 3:30, just around the time school was letting out and it was a Friday before the Winter Dance. We did not cancel anyone and explained to those who were scheduled that we would be happy to still fit them in our other technician's schedule but there may be a little wait. She had to wait 30 min and the few that went ahead of her was because they got services that only certain technicians do. As for the 5/28, the couple walked in and did not have an appointment and we were able to get them in and worked on them for 1 1/2 hrs. That is not rushing. They were both drunk and even asked if we served any liquor here. Her BF tried to even take pictures with our technicians. We have been in business for over 18yrs, locally 15+ and our most importance is our service and our clients. We know all our clients by name and we try to learn all our new clients. We have a sign in sheet to let us know everyone's name and our appointment book. For everyone who reads reviews, I can only tell you to come in and find out for yourself. My boyfriend and I went in for mani/pedis and felt rushed the entire time. They never took the time to ask our names. My old polish is still visible on my nail edges after my manicure. My pedicure polish was smeared before I even left, and they were cut crooked. We will NOT be going back! Read Less

Make an appointment with Kristy and you won't have to wait. If you walk in Kristy or duc will tell you how long it will be and when you come back they will be ready for you. Today is my first day getting my nails done and I am pleased. My first pedicure was in January when the shop was in Newburgh. I now drive over to Evansville to there new location for my pedicures. This is the place to go for the best Pedicure in town! With the combine experience between Kristy and her fellow works of 40 years, clientele received royal treatment. I highly suggest the "Works Pedicure" if you can, the standard Pedi hands down will be better than any you've had but the Creative Nail Spa give you just a little more and is the best stress relief after a long hard day or week. We all need to take care of ourselves and deserve a little extra love now and then.They are appointment and Walk In only, that makes it nice. I'm sure all of you have been a walk in and the lady looks at you and says "15 minutes, pick a color" then almost an hour later if lucky they are with you. You don't experience this at Creative Nail Spa. In terms of taking on Walk In, they are honest and upfront with their clientele on the waiting time. If they tell you it takes 15 minutes, then it will be in 15 minutes. At Creative they have the upmost professional attitude when taking care of their clients. I no longer patron a saloon that allows Nail Techs to listen to their Ipod or Txt while they are working on me. At Creative I have never experience that type of rude service. For the BEST PART! Warm lotion massage! YAY! Their very gentle with the whole massage I WAS IN SPA HEAVEN! After that they do put a hot towel over your legs and arms WOW, leave it on there for a few minutes then they wipe it off.
