Horrible. My feet barely soaked in the water. And the guy roughly removed my gel polish on my toes using that drill machine. He took a small spot of skin off. I had to ask him to stop. They were in such a hurry. I hope they properly sanitize their equipment. Either way, who wants to leave a pedicure with their skin being blasted. I will never step foot in their again. Read Less

I feel disrespected every time I'm there. Once I went in without an appointment and the man asked what I needed and I told him a fill in and he said to come back a couple hours later and I said, oh you can't do it now? He looked at the lady across from him and said very loudly, would you like to get up so I can do her? I was humiliated. This wasn't the first time I'd been treated this way in this salon. I called and made an appointment for a fill in and gell nail polish. The guy said he would start but he had an appointment at 430 so someone else would have to finish. He was rushing through and very rough. I asked how long he had been doing nails and he said just today. Which is a lie he always does them. The other guy said I need to make an appointment if I want gel done. I said I did and it was at 4. He was like u only had gel for 2 wks why change. I said because I want to. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I went to Bella’s the day before going on vacation for the works; pedicure, manicure with gel polish on my finger nails (which cost me extra). The gel came off one of my nails that evening. Into the second day of vacation, the gel polish came off several of my nails. I called Bella’s while on vacation to let them know about the poor job and asked for my money back when I got home. They told me they would not give me my money back but would do my nails again. I told them I did not want another nail job after my vacation was over. I recently made a manicure and Pedicure appointment here for my granddaughter along with my 80 old Mother. When I arrived the place was very busy, I was told they could do my grand daughter, I was told to bring my Mother back another day!!! they were busy!!! The owner was loud and told me to take her and leave!! He didn't want to be bothered with an elderly lady is the way I felt. My Mother doesn't get out very often because of her health. She was feeling good this day and was excited to get her nails done, My Mother as was I were humiliated beyond belief. I will never go back to this business. It was so sad to see my Mother cry and ask why this man treated her this way. All I can say is my AMERICAN $$$ can be spent elsewhere.
