went today to get a fill in and one of my nails was hurting after the filing and the acrylic was done and put on(usually happens wherever I go), so when I went to wash my hands I was looking at my finger to see if I had a hang nail or something and the guy told me “hurry up we don’t have time to look at your nail”. Then, I come to sit down for the polish, I got solid nails with glitter accent nail. He did the top coat on the glitter nail in the middle instead of doing all of the solid colored nails first and ended up getting glitter on my solid colored nails. When I went to pay he was in the middle of a pedicure and he never took off his gloves he had just touched someone’s foot with and swiped my card and gave it back to me. They lied saying that they had SNS nail powder color. They do not. She did not know how to remove and clean up my nails that did have the SNS. However, still wanted me to pay for removal. The pedicure I received was the worst to include that she did not even fully remove the previous color before starting to polish with the new. A friend of mine gave me a gift card from there at Christmas, Just called to make sure I can use it.. The man who answered the phone was very rude, and told me it was over 6 months so they wouldn't accept it at all. Very upsetting. They just made 30 free dollars. If they would have told me they would've accepted half of it I still would have went. Some one still would've gotten a tip, and it still would have been a win/ win. Now it's just a loss for everyone except the money hungry rude man. =( Read Less

On more than one occasion I have come in waited and then they say they can't do my nails! I just sat here for 45 mins waiting for Shelia and then they say oh she can't do for you! Then she said Guy do for you... now the Guy won't do for me! They lie and say I never said that! There are several witness! Absolutely the worst experience ever! Read Less

I have gone to this salon twice. The first time, my nail tech was Sheila, and she was very good, no complaints at all with her. I went there again yesterday. Sheila was busy with another client, so they gave me a male tech, whose name I wasn't told. He did some minor repair to my nails, then he told me it was $3 to cut them back. I knew that was crap, because no one has ever charged me for a trim with a fill-in. I guess he thought that I wouldn't tip. When I went to choose a polish, he rushed me, and when I didn't care for the polish that I was rushed to choose, he shrugged. Other techs have allowed me to reselect. I have been to this salon several times now. At first I was quite satisfied. Then the last two visits did me in. An older man (who is the owner, I think and not very friendly) did me time before last and didn't even ask me what type of pedicure I wanted. And the last time I was serviced by a "child" whom I had seen in the salon every time I've been there. I guess she is now "trained", however, this was the SLOPPIEST pedicure I've ever had. I could do my own and not have the polish slopped everywhere. Plus, when I told her what polish I wanted she tried to talk me into ANYTHING BUT what I wanted.
