I walked in and was there for like 2 seconds and this lady asked me what I needed and I said I wanted acrylic nails and she said " no there's no time for that, we're too busy." It was extremely disrespectful and she had the worst attitude. Don't recommend this place at all. Read Less

I went in and got this super rude lady. She looked like she didn't want to be there. The water and towels she uses burn my skin; that and she just made me wash my hands, I wanted to speak to somebody else and the older guy ignored me and the other guy didn't care. It was the most horrible experience I've ever encountered. My nails did not get finished; she started arguing with me when I simply told her she burned me and did not do a good job with what she did, and she had an attitude. When I couldn't hear her through her mask she just yelled. She sarcastically told me to call 911 for the burn she made and wanted to "show me" again and I said I didn't want her to burn me. Most places would be accomodating but they chose to yell and refuse to care about me as a customer. I am in customer service and "the customer is always right" there was no need to argue for nothing. The place looks like an old living room. She chased me out of the door and grabbed me. I told her I wouldn't be coming back and she said good. I went to de-stress and came out frustrated and almost in tears because I couldn't believe how poorly she treated me. I told her she was unprofessional and rude. Nobody apologized once.
