IM LOOKING FOR A NAIL SHOP THAT DOES NAILS AND KEEPS UP WITH THE LATEST TRENDS, PERIOD!! Can anyone direct me to a nail shop that’s constantly training the staff, and that’s not full of senior nail techs, who doesn’t LISTEN TO THE PAYING CLIENTS! I left a shop to try this shop, and my first experience was fine, I got my real nails done with gel, I was satisfied with the young nail tech. My second visit was with another younger girl, who was texting, and did a rush job, very unprofessional, my pedicure by her was awful, hell I could’ve done that botched job, she rushed thru my pedicure and had the nerves to pound the bottom of my feet like she did something, my toenails was still uneven and sharp, my feet weren’t scrubbed good at all, she even forgot, (as well as I)the topcoat. It was bad. I even tipped her still because I’m just cordial and that’s my etiquette. My third visit was by and older man and he did and awful job, he wore glasses, but I promise you he can’t see, he stated I needed a manicure with my gel and he was just ah picking skin that wasn’t needed, I was like “okay🙄” I was like enough and polish please. He did the polish and it was still on my skin, my cuticles skin was still sticking up with polish on it, as I went back and forth out the heaters it got uglier, and what I was charged I could’ve got a full set of acrylic put on. My 2nd visit was another attempt at hoping for better service & quality. The salon itself is outdated & lacks any decor to make it inviting. Once inside I was instructed to go pick a color...at the back of the salon. Not upfront with the gel polish section. Without even checking the water temp, my nail tech told me to put my feet in. The water was extremely hot & I asked that it be cooled down a bit. Barely much of a pedicure even though I had no polish on my toes to be removed. The scrub & exfoliation was minimal as well as the leg & foot massage. During this time, the nail tech was coughing all over the place & barely covering his mouth. At the end of the polish application, he barely cleaned up the areas he spilled polish down my toes. My manicure was a nightmare because of the nail tech's continuing coughing. He coughed ON my hands several times & I ended the manicure by stating that I didn't need any polish. This was the final straw. I will not return nor will I recommend this nail salon to any friends or family. Read Less

Amazing place! Would definitely recommend they did a fantastic job on my nails she spent the time to file every nail with a nail file before she even used the drill. Then when my dog broke two of my nails and I called in to ask how much it would be to fix them she told me no charge! I will definitely be going back! Read Less

First time in this establishment for a pedi and SO very disappointed! The water was cold, the back massage was so painful. ...no padding on the back anymore so the massage balls dug into back. The technician did not take any of the dead skin off my cuticles, and used a sanding bar to "kinda" break down callous'. At the end rather than wrapping my calfs with warm/hot towels she smoothed lotion on to my skin. And to top it off she put a clear coat of polish on, which was fine, but....she put it also on a toe that had no nail!!!!! Time in: 10:05 Time out: 10:26!!!! I would not recommend going here to get your nails done. I have tiny cuts on my fingers and they are still bleeding a day later from them filing my nails too hard. The guy doing my nails also put a gel finish on my nails in which I had to pay $10 extra and I was not made aware of this. I will definitely not go back. Read Less

I went in yesterday to get my nails done for prom. I pulled up a picture and he said he could do it. It was just a sparkly french tip. After having two of my nails broken off he applied copious amounts of acrylic to my nails. The are seriously half an inch thick and the nail polish is not even. He ran out of one color so he switched to another. He made me get a base color when i just wanted my natural nail color. Iam so upset. I paid 40 dollars including a tip for some botched nails. I am out of money and now i am having a friend remove my nails and re do them. Do not go here. I left with cuts on my hands that they just covered with clear nail polish. Showed up for my appointment that I made earlier in the day, was told they were running behind and it would be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later asked how much longer and the lady's response was "we are behind" and she was really rude and acted like it was MY fault!! The lady who did my nails did a decent job. I cant complain with that. Although, she charged me $8 extra just for getting a different shaped nail. (I got the coffin shape) so in stead of the $27 full set, I paid $35. She was also very irritated that I brought my kids, mostly my 19month daughter. She did very well behavior wise but I still felt she was annoyed.. I paid with card and wasnt aware of how they print, im used to writing tips on the print out, she told me my daughter was the tip, as in leave her home next time. I wont bw going back. *** edit- one week after, 2 nails have broken off. Both at the site where she glued the tip. Doing normal activities. One of them, just picking up my toddler. My friend and i went and ive never had a pedi before, the couples son "glenn" did our pedis and he was great. The mom did my nails just a simple french tip but i love them and she was quick. The whole family that owns it are great and very humorous, when i need pampered again this is where I'll go! Read Less

SERVICE WAS AWFUL. The guy doing my nails was watching tv half the time and was being rude. Then he cut my cuticles with the shaping tool so bad that they were all bleeding. It still feels like I have a bunch of tiny paper cuts on my fingers. They didn't even refund me my money and made me pay half price. It was ridiculous. I will never go back there again. Read Less

I had terrible service. the man doing my nails cut my finger, the proceeded to shape my nails in a way I did not want and would not change them. the nails only had one coat. it was awkward and unclean. I would not recommend ! Read Less

There are a few people that work there that do a great job but there are some people there that rush things too much and don't really seam to care about the job they do, even when you bring it to their attention. I have been going there for about 1 yr and latly I have been extreamly disappointed...looking for new place. Read Less
