Me and my pregnant step daughter went here today for our first visit for pedicures. The people were very friendly which we loved. However we asked for gel polish but didn't know that was extra. A regular $27 pedicure turned into $47 pedicure without mention of the upcharge until checkout. The place is not very clean. I really liked the people but i will not go back. Read Less

The people are VERY nice and service is good. Prices are competitive. The reason for the 3 stars is for cleanliness, air quality and lack if organization. The store is dirty and smells HEAVILY of chemicals.The techs do not keep their stations clean, not to say their tools arent sterilized, its the dust and dirt build up from the lack of everyday cleaning. I love how theemployees have such a good time working together. They always make sure I’m comfortable and they can do damn near anything you want with your nails. Wanna know what suck you walk in pass 7 close hour 2nd your nails was Jack up and you ask for fill with 3 fixes and have fungus underneath your beautiful nails you so call, I also recall you said one finger was damaged because it smashed, that show it your matrix(nails bed) is CROOK not how job is done. We are traveling through Elkhart from Texas and I desperately needed a fill and pedicure. First impression of shop when I drove up was that I wasn't sure I wanted to go in. Since she was friendly when I called, I decided to give it a try. It was a little dirty inside. Wanted gel polish for my toes - selection was not the best. Other review said they did a good job and staff was very friendly, so I stayed. They filled up the pedicure tub and there was a big chunk of something that looked like a piece of carpet floating in it. He reached in and got it out. Pedicure was $25 which is a great price. However, I get a pedicure for the purpose of a good massage. There was not ANY massage. She lightly put sugar scrub on my legs and feet. Then took it off. Someone else came to paint my toes and he did a good job painting them. Massage chair was good and unusual - it had an expandable airbag under your seat which I've never had before. I got through and my heels looked dry. She told me she could put lotion on them. I asked to get a fill for my nails but they decided to remove them and give me a new set bc mine were lifting. They tried to use a fake nail to pry them off which hurt very bad. I asked if I could soak them off to avoid the pain. Then they glued on a white tip. After he put white powder on all five nails I questioned why he was putting only white powder no pink- this was not what I thought I was getting. He said it would look more natural once he put the gel coat on top and that he was using gel powder and it would turn clear and only show my white tip. Yes they do have a natural look but I do not like the tips - he didn't file them down first and they are way too wide - there was no shaping of my nails. You can also see my real nail under them and it only goes half up the tip. Would I go back if I was here again?  No. Maybe you will have better luck. I just spent thirty minutes shaping my nails myself with a file and I'm paying my 13 year old for a massage and she's doing a great job! Read Less

Happy nails did an excellent job on the Mani/Pedi for my nieces Quincearia. They treated her and her 3 friends with the same respect and attention that they give to adult customers. Came in and they were very busy (a good sign) so we booked an appointment for one hour later. They were ready for us when we returned and completed the services efficiently without it feeling rushed.Come here and get you some Happy Nails!! Read Less
