When setting up my appointment they were very informative and explained everything about their procedures. I felt they were concerned about health with regard to my nails. My pedi was excellent. She spent a lot of time taking off old gel job to put on new gel. I had one gel powder fake nail from another shop and they could have said it has to come off to do another for more money / but said it still looked very nice. They do a new and innovative dipping procedure into gel powder on top of your own nails. I was extremely pleased. Read Less

I made an appointment weeks in advance for 11:30 am. They changed it to 11;45 which is fine. I arrived at 11:42, when I should have checked my email before hand. At 11:19 am, BEFORE my appointment they emailed me an email stating I had been a no show. How can I not show to an appointment that hadn't happened yet? Nowhere in the email confirming the appointment did it state to show early sooooo? When I showed the girl at the front desk she said she would tell the nail artist I was there, she did not. She remained seated. The nail artist I was supposed to see, Liz, was working on someone. They canceled me to work on a friend I'm assuming. Not a single apology, nothing. Very clean. The staff friendly and nice. The interior design is beautiful. Maje sure you make an appointment because it does get booked and it can take a while for them to get to you. Down side is that you can't really make plans that day because it took them 1 hour to get to us after our appointment and 3 hours to do our nails..they are slow. Read Less

This place is awesome. The girls that work there are very nice. Customer service is the best. They work together flawlessly. My pedicure felt awesome. My nails look great. My eyebrow wax didn't even hurt but they look fabulous. Read Less

I was already hesitant about going there because of where it's located but I heard such good reviews from friends. Location is right in front of a rough apartment complex that's had quite a few shootings and drug problems. So, I didn't feel safe. Location aside, I decided to make the venture anyway with an open mind. I was not happy with the service I received or the way I was treated. The waiting area wasn't very comforting or inviting. The colors/theme of the place was too busy for me. Just did not feel very relaxing. The pedicure chairs looked worn and did not do the trick at all. Let's just say there are much better out there. Even mediocre would've been a step up from those. The people that were in the shop were gossiping to each other and I felt like I was interrupting "their" time. I did not feel welcomed at all. Must've just been a bad day for that person. Won't be returning and will not recommend to friends or family.Gave 2 stars because at least they got the polish on my toes. Read Less
