Went in for a fill and she started on two nails and went in the back with a customer and came back totally forgetting she didn’t fill them and shaved them down I told her she didn’t fill and basically ignored me and I told the guy who took her place she didn’t fill them and he continued painting my nails look horrible and I told her when I went to pay she didn’t fill them and I think she knew because she got really wide eyed and tried to say she did on all when I know she didn’t I’ll never come to this place again Read Less

The owner is great! have been going there for 2 years now. not all do a great job but not a horrible job. they are always extremely busy that must mean something. Nails last a long time sometimes even three weeks, if you experience breakage within the first week or so it could be your nail bed or natural oils. i do nails and i know not everyone reacts the same to the products. They are so horrible PLEASE DONT COME HERE!!!! I went in at 4:00 pm and I sat there for 30 minutes soaking my feet in the water and then after 30 minutes they got to me. they finished my pedicure after an hour, they sat me down to get a fill and then the lady said since I had white acrylic powder on they had to take them off, so then they put my hand in acetone for two hours, then finally they get to me and the guy wanted to cut off my real nail because they were super thin and the acrylic wasn't going to hold. so I said it was okay to cut them off, I was mad that they were taking long and now they had to cut my real nails off. I got more mad but he said he was going to fix them and make them really pretty but while taking the white acrylic off my nail he pulled on my real nail really bad and didn't apologies at all so that's when I got up and had enough and walked out but then he told me I had to pay for my pedicure I went in to pay it. then they try to charge me $45 for the pedicure when it said $40 I asked them why and she said it was because of gel nail polish when I never got gel nail polish so PLEASE ASK FIRST ABOUT THE PRICE BEFORE YOU PAY THEY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!!! This is by far the worst experience ever and taking a total time of five hours only to get my pedicure done. Read Less

The service would have been better if they spoke a little more while doing your nails, so you didn't feel like a bother and the atmosphere would be better if it was not as crowded with seating and machinery. The nail tech did a great job. I think she was learning because a man had to come and fill the nails but she did all the filing and everything else including a French tip that she painted fantastically. She really paid attention to detail and I left there happier than I've left the last THREE nail places I've been to in a month. Read Less

Today I went there to get French tip shellac. The nail technician was forgetting to apply base coat until I reminded her. The whole experience was horrible. Grabbing my fingers and hands roughly. Then she got to the French tip she applied a second coat on my pinky ring and middle finger but refused to apply a second coat on my index and thumb. After that I told her to stop right there went to offer to pay out of courtesy. I told the owner she refused to apply second co...at on those two fingers and she came over yelling saying everything looked ok and grabbed my hand and I told her to not touch me she tried that twice I was about to call the cops on her. I told the owner he doesn't need employees like that because people she's chasing clients away and she yelled at me telling me that's no it my business. The service doesn't deserve a star.
