I have been getting pedicures at A Nails for about a year. The shop is clean, the technicians are very good at what they do, and are always polite. They are efficient at handling many clients at the same time without making anyone wait long.

This place is a complete joke twice I have went and was disappointed. Another time there were two people and they told me they were to busy reallly you have two customers that’s it it wasn’t like it was late in the day they weren’t about to close this was early afternoon and they had two people working and two customers in there but they were too busy that is ridiculous. Today I went in there I broke a nail and wanted it replaced and wanted to fill my usual place was across town and completely packed so I thought man I’ll give it another go maybe it’ll be different this time their owner told me we don’t do nails that have been done by other people ARE YOU KIDDING ME. So then I replied well can you take them off and just redo them they told me NO. no wonder why there’s no one there that’s absolutely crazy THERE wasn’t a single person there when I went today. This place and the owners are a JOKE.

First time they didn't want to fix a nail that was not done by them
2nd same thing and 3rd they said they were done / closed because the were tired ,but the door wide open....i do not recommend this place....from what it looks like most people agree

Just in town for the weekend, and they were open on Sunday, so I decided to go. 3:30 and no customers when you're the only place open on Sunday should be a big red flag, but I had two chipped nails that needed repair. I will say that the finished product (gel fill and a pedicure) look okay and polishing is something the guy did well. I have never had such a fast or rough experience in a nail salon before though. It took him an hour for the fill AND a pedicure, and the brush he used to 'scrub' my feet and my hands was like steel wool, and he put muscle into it, rubbed a raw place on a knuckle. So the nails look good, but it was not an enjoyable experience.

Worst nail salon ever!!! I went there and she only had one person doing a pedi and one girl and her dad were waiting. She asked very rudely what did I want and I told her I wanted just a fill in. She said no very busy can't do... Umm yeah looked very busy with only two customers and her husband was there to help. DON'T GO TO THAT PLACE! This is the third going and all different experiences with her rude ass.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! HORRIBLE!!! Went in with my step daughter for a good time. And left very unhappy. The lady was rude. Rushing to get done to go back to her iPad. Didnt do what i wanted and i looks so bad. I paid way to much to have to go get them redone just a week later.

I would not recommend this place. It was the worst...most rushed pedicure I've ever gotten. $30 wasted for something I could have done better at home.

Worst experience I ever had! Don't go here. I got my nails filled and you can see where the acrylic previously was b4 I got the fill and when I mentioned something I was told it supposed to be like that. Also while I was getting my nails done their was another customer almost done getting a manicure, a customer walked in with a teenage daughter needing a fill and a young child wanted to get her nails painted, the guy their was so rude told the mom they had to refuse service to the children for no apart reason he was so rude me and the customer that were being waited on just looked at each other. After how I seen them customers I will not go absolutely not worth it.

Never going back there again, other than the fact you can't understand anything they say, she was doing my nails so fast. My nail was crooked and messed up. She didnt even clean up my hands very well and i left with them full of dust. I asked for short nails and she still made them long and after i told her to go shorter she just made a face. 50$ for shillac acrylic nails was a waste of money. I was definitely not satisfied with my nails at all!

I've always enjoyed my many experiences at A Nails, the couple that owns the salon are courteous to you if you're respectful to them as well - don't expect to be treated like a Queen/King if you're treating people around you like peasants. Again, the couple has always been kind and I find it to be one of the cleaner and well-kept salons in Elkhart. There is no such thing as making an "appointment" at a nail salon in Elkhart, calm down, walk-in service is where money is made. The only thing I will say is that if you're tight on time, go somewhere else. They do great work, period. But it does take time and you will wait.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I watch them lie to me, my wife and other customers. They have no problem turning down and refusing business. Never willing to go the extra mile. It is first come first serve they do not do appointments. Last time I went I had to redo my toenails because they were so bad. If you've never had a manicure or a pedicure and are worried about your "image", I would suggest going here because they don't care about you so you don't have to worry about caring about them or being courteous. There are no fears of etiquette or protocol when walking through these doors. Oh and one last thing, if you're tight on time and have a schedule to keep don't go here make sure you have plenty of time.

This place is a complete joke twice I have went and was disappointed. Another time there were two people and they told me they were to busy reallly you have two customers that’s it it wasn’t like it was late in the day they weren’t about to close this was early afternoon and they had two people working and two customers in there but they were too busy that is ridiculous. Just in town for the weekend, and they were open on Sunday, so I decided to go. 3:30 and no customers when you're the only place open on Sunday should be a big red flag, but I had two chipped nails that needed repair. I will say that the finished product (gel fill and a pedicure) look okay and polishing is something the guy did well. I have never had such a fast or rough experience in a nail salon before though. It took him an hour for the fill AND a pedicure, and the brush he used to 'scrub' my feet and my hands was like steel wool, and he put muscle into it, rubbed a raw place on a knuckle. So the nails look good, but it was not an enjoyable experience.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I watch them lie to me, my wife and other customers. They have no problem turning down and refusing business. Never willing to go the extra mile. It is first come first serve they do not do appointments. Last time I went I had to redo my toenails because they were so bad. If you've never had a manicure or a pedicure and are worried about your "image", I would suggest going here because they don't care about you so you don't have to worry about caring about them or being courteous.
