Deluxe pedicure is always a great here. I usually go a few times a year and it is a great getaway. Staff is polite, friendly and place is clean. Free beverages, and quick service to get you taken care of. Very good. Read Less

My basic pedicure was great. My gel manicure not so happy with...I had my names done on Friday and by Sunday i started to have cracks and peels. Normally my manicure will last at least 2 weeks not 2 days. I even had the woman do an extra top coat for more strength. I do not think i would return. This was for my wife Denise Read Less

I am giving them 3 stars for the pedicure.  I had the deluxe pedicure which was very good.I bought my own bottle of OPI polish. I think she did not put enough color on the toes. I picked a vibrant red and they look dull.For my manicure I used their Polish which was very old and thick.  I should have stopped her and picked another Polish but I didn't.  1hour after my manicure my nails were still not hardened needless to say they are smudged. If your looking for unsanitary, unfriendly, and incompetent people for a nail salon experience, then this is your place! I am not what you would call a regular nail salon person but I have gotten my nails done for special occasions quite a few times. I was amazed at this place and it should be shut down. I came in with my daughter for a french manicure, and was placed with an older lady. She got a bowl from under a sink and started doing my nails. She asked me a question 3 times before I had to explain that I could not understand her English. I looked around at the other 2 ladies and the gentleman there for help and they all just started talking to each other in what I could only guess was their native language. As she was trimming my cuticles I noticed that she had taken the trimmers from a box on the side of her desk. I asked "have those been sanitized?" and I got a dead stare. So I asked"have those been cleaned?" and I got "yeah,yeah, I clean them" as a response. Then she just wiped them off with a bit of paper towel. When she was done those trimmers got wiped off and placed right back in her little box, I am assuming for the next customer. Then I seen her take the bowl that my hands were soaking in and pour out the water and place it back under the sink. I received white tips with a top coat as my french manicure and was charged $20 for this service. My daughter got tips on and brought her own polish. All nails were one color and then the ring finger of each hand was a glitter. She received a text during and got her phone to check it and was informed that she needed to put her phone away even though the lady doing her nails was texting on her phone every 2 minutes. No top coat on either ring finger and an extra charge of $5 for bringing her own polish. So $55 for both services and when I filled out my card slip I was told that I forgot the tip line! I informed the cashier that I did not forget the tip and that I would never be back. She smiled and said "come back, we see you soon." Stay away from this place!!! Read Less
