The only man that works there did a GREAT job... BUT EVERYONE ELSE WAS SO RUDE! I was gifted a $70 gift certificate and decided to treat my pregnant friend to a pedicure. As we approached the door an employee came out and greeted us by saying "What do you want?". Not "hello" or "what service would you like?". Then they mumbled and pointed at nail polish. This was NOT due to an inability to speak English. Then after 7 seconds of looking at nail polishes my friend and I were rushed back to the spa chairs. (THERE WAS NO ONE WAITING AND ONLY 1 OTHER CUSTOMER INSIDE). I looked at the other client and asked "Are they always this rude?" And she nodded and rolled her eyes with disgust. I had the only man who worked there give me a pedicure. He did a nice job and tried to ease the tension his rude coworkers were creating. My poor pregnant friend on he other hand got some lady who within 2 minutes cut her toe open and had to pour some septic powder on it. She rushed her out of her spa chair and to the dry station all under 20 minutes. Worst no chip manicure and pedicure I've ever received. It looks like a 3 year old painted my nails with as much polish as she got on my skin... which she then tried to cut off with cutical clippers. This place is terrible!! Don't waist your money!! Never even used a top coat on my toes!! Seriously I never write reviews..but I couldn't not tell people about this place!! Will never go back! I took my daughter and her friend and the ladies that did their nails cut their skin. When I got home I had to disinfect their cuts and repaint their nails. Very disappointed. Waste of money! I wish I could post a picture. Overall a very horrible experience! Read Less

I thought I would try a new place on my lunch hour. I should have believed the reviews I read, but I figured I would see if maybe things got better. WRONG. I got a no chip color change. The girl who worked on me was using the bottom of the polish and it was gummy going on. I told her she needed a new bottle. She didn't listen or care. I had a few cuticles that needed to be trimmed but she painted right over them. She told me I needed a manicure, which I did not. The place where I usually go to always trims a cuticle if they see it needs to be done. The place was not inviting and drab. I've been going to this location consistently for about a year now. Love the staff. Only a few Employees I wouldn't recommend. I've only received a few bad manicures/pedicures over the last year and it's usually because they were extremely busy. Otherwise very nice and good work. Read Less

Marginal and not hygienic. They don't sterilize the equipment between users, but it seems that they do clean the jets to the pedicure chair. I can't tell if it's in between ever user or only at night since I was there fairly early in the day. Got nicked by the woman doing my pedicure and she laughed. Sloppy work at best and a silly leg massage. I might have stayed for a manicure but it turns out I was going to have the same person. Will not go back. Read Less

They made me bleed on 2 fingers. Manicure is ruined by bloody cuticles. I went there a few years ago and had the same happen with a different technician. Went back because I needed my nails done right away. Never again!!!! Read Less

I went to this salon based on a recommendation from family. I had an appointment with Kim. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. It was nice and relaxing. My manicure and pedicure have lasted almost a month without chipping or peeling. I will definitely be going back. Read Less

I came in the morning expecting the 20% discount on a pedicure, but the technician up sold me on the lavender treatment. When it was time to pay, I had to pay full price. In addition, while I was waiting for my nails to dry, another customer showed me her pedicure, and it was uneven. When you complain, most of the staff doesn't speak English. We will not go back!  Everyone was really rude and talked to each other laughing and felt like they were talking about us the whole time.  They do not use razor for the pedicure which i totally needed.  My daughter is 5 and they charged her $20 for pedicure and $10 to paint her nails.  Very disappointed with the staff! Worst nail salon I've been to. They didn't understand English. Kept trying to paint my party nail same color. I repeatedly told her I wanted to keep my length but then she filed them all down. Kept filing them square when I showed her before how I wanted them. I said a little rounded and she kept repeating "square." They didn't cut hang nails, nail polish was on my skin. And she applied top coat twice giving some of my nails a bubble look. When I asked for change back they didn't know how to give me the right money back. Awful. I will not be back. Read Less

I agree with the previous poster- this was my worst manicure ever. I chose a glitter polish and the technician did not shake the bottle so only one nail (a pinky) has glitter and the other are plain. There are bubbles on my thumbnail that give it a rough, uneven look and there are two other nails that have bare spots in the center!  Unacceptable. It was a complete waste of my time and money.
